🧟 Shatterland Playtest – New Update

[p]Hello Survivors,[/p][p]Today’s update brings a new zombie type, new weapons, better loot systems, and plenty of fixes & improvements to make your survival journey smoother. We’re also starting to give some areas (like the Airfield) a darker, Once Human-inspired vibe 👀.[/p][hr][/hr][h2]🧟 Zombie & Combat Updates[/h2]
  • [p]New Zombie Type: A fresh threat to watch out for![/p]
  • [p]New Boss Zombie Animation for more intense encounters.[/p]
  • [p]Zombie Run Speed Adjusted for better pacing.[/p]
  • [p]Zombie Levels Added: Face stronger enemies as you explore.[/p]
  • [p]Crowbar (New Melee Weapon):[/p]
    • [p]Can only be looted from Purple Chests.[/p]
  • [p]Homemade Wooden Baseball Bat: Craftable to help fight back and reclaim your gear.[/p]
  • [p]Radiation Zone Damage Increased: Now 10 dmg (was 5) for added challenge.[/p]

  • [p]Backpack: Now found in clothing crates.[/p]
  • [p]Carrot Seeds: Plant and harvest to sustain your survival.[/p]

    • [p]Find Gas Tanks and siphon fuel with empty canisters.[/p]
    • [p]Use them to refill cars.

    • [p]Removing a chest with a full inventory now drops it to the ground instead of deleting—pick it up once you have space.[/p]

  • [p]Mines & Traps: Now have red lights for better visibility (thanks Free Beer!).[/p]

Devlog Update – Trader Changes & New Quest!

  • [p]A brand-new quest has been added: Meet the Trader.[/p]
  • [p]This quest will guide new players to the Trader’s location and introduce them to the trading system.[/p]

  • [p]The Pistol is now available for purchase from the Trader![/p]
  • [p]This gives players an early option for ranged combat and expands your choices when gearing up.[/p]
