On March 22, 2023 there will be a patch of the clients and the server as well as a restart of the server.
Discover below the nice new features and improvements implemented!

[h3][color]Encyclopedia, new version[/color][/h3]
  • The first rite of the new version of the Encyclopedia, "Adopt a Zig", is available in the Chest of Wisdom (shift+E or E).
  • As a prerequisite for this rite, you need a Gubani plushie, which you can buy from the Shadow Runners tribe or get at the Gubani Wheel. A player may also give it to you and that's pretty cool!
  • Grab your plushie and start the rite.
  • Once the rite has been completed, you will be allowed to adopt one or more Gubani Zigs for 70 Elyps each. (Of course, the Zig pieces obtained at the Gubani Wheel can still be used to obtain a Zig directly).




  • To avoid the rush during the release of this first rite, it will cost Elyps for the first 7 days, on a declining scale, then it will be free as of the 8th day onwards. So, if you have the soul of a pioneer, and have a little reserve of Elyps, come and check it out early!


[h3][color]Zigs are coming to Rywards[/color][/h3]
  • Good news: when you open the "Animals/Mount" or "Animals/Zigs" section in Rywards (shift+E or E), all the animal skins you own are automatically added. So you can easily change them as you like.
  • As simple as ever: assemble the pieces of mount or zig obtained at the wheel, and get the skin directly in Rywards.
  • To apply the skin of your choice to your mount, start by placing it in a stable, then open "Animals/Mount" in Rywards, choose the skin you want, then click on "Apply".
  • For a zig, first place it in a stable or in your bag, and do the same from the "Animals/Zigs" section in Rywards.




[h3][color]Allegories[/color][/h3]
  • We have added 4 new Allegories to be engraved at "Loigi Giurgi" north of the Matis arena.
  • The prices has been reduced, so don't hesitate!
  • "Last breath": 0.5% chance to {5F5F}survive with 1 HP instead of dying.
  • "Profitable Loot": Turn loot materials into generic ones for common creatures. 0.1% chance to {5F5F}get double quantity of some materials.
  • "Joyful Harvest": 0.1% chance to extract, during an ectraction session, an item to bring to the Collector in Capitals for identification.
  • "Happy Hunt": 0.1% chance to {5F5F}find, during a hunt session, an unidentified object to give to Collector NPC in Capitals.
[h3][color]New Horizons (NH) (coming soon)[/color][/h3]We've simplified the teleportation systems by keeping only the 2 major options: faction teleporters and New Horizons (NH). We have to admit that an NPC magically teleporting himself was… special!
Therefore, the following changes will take place in the next few days:
  • NPCs that teleported from the temple to Almati Wood has been removed.
  • The NPC in the Marauder's Camp that only teleported once to Almati (a bit lazy that one…) is replaced by a full NH (i.e. accepts trade products and gives Marauder's Faction points).
  • Almati's NPCs that serve as teleporters are all removed to make room for a NH (also possibly full).
  • Finally, Silan also has its own NH (but it will not be active until much later).
  • It is no longer possible to go to a destination using NH if you have not visited it before, as is the case with teleporters. As there are still a few days left before NH changes, it's time to visit all the possible destinations via NH! \o/
[h3][color]The temples[/color][/h3]After 10 years of waiting, the reconstruction of the temples is finally over! Hurray!

[h3][color]NPC indicator[/color][/h3]If you are desperately looking for an NPC, you can now politely ask other NPCs to tell you where they might be.

[h3][color]Outpost materials[/color][/h3]A rather shady NPC has been spotted going from outpost to outpost, touring Atys. It is said that it trades outpost materials from a faction's drill for the same materials from another faction's drill (Kami, Kara or Marauder).

An invitation to ALL who want to blast the "secret" beach party of Heernis.
I'll be brief:
1. bring alcohol and fireworks! The more the better!
2. we will really annoy the Kamis. Therefore bring picks to loot material!
3. there should be healers in case someone faints.
4. a water barrel for water bombs will be provided!
5. put on bathing suits!
6. bring your pack animals and let them swim in the water!
7. bring lots of fun!

Secret letter

Hello Xakisse,
How dare you, you decaying clopper swill! I've had enough of your spur of the moment solo runs. "The more the merrier." Are you out of your mind? What don't you understand about "secret and private"?
Let brains rain from heaven, especially for you!
You're trying to hurt me now by spreading nasty rumors! Yes, I have been away from home for half a decade and lived as a hermit, but you can't blame me for that, can you? Whoever is married to you needs nerves of hardened bark. A stubborn mektoub is nothing compared to you.
Very well. What are we going to do about all this? I'm not going to let you take away my beach party just because all of Atys is invited now. I can only shake my head at that. I'll spell it out for you again: A-L-L A-T-Y-S.
I'll leave the organizing to you then, you shriveled-up kitin queen.
Everyone has to bring a keg of alcohol, it's part of etiquette. It's a beach party. Anyone who doesn't come here in a bathing suit, or God forbid, someone comes in full armor, I'm so kicking him out! He's going to count fish! The party has to end with an explosion, fireworks and drunk homins! So now you instruct everyone to bring a pickaxe, as well as fireworks. We'll loot all the materials, get the Kamis really fired up and celebrate the moment of the explosion with a drunkenness like no other!
So, what to do with all the materials now? Exactly, everyone has to bring his packers, as many as everyone can! In the water they are protected from explosions anyway. The materials are then put up for sale in Fairhaven. This is good for business, but also good for newbies. They can burn the stuff for practice.
So, you started this rumor, and now you get to take the fall for it.
For the record:
1. alcohol, 1 keg each, fireworks are strongly encouraged.
2. everyone comes in a bathing suit.
3. hoes are obligatory, who does not dig, heals (because of gas and explosion)
4. everyone has to bring as much pack animals as you can spare.
5. the collected materials are put up for sale without any ifs and buts!
Do you think you can do it? As a high officer of Die kleinen Handwerker (The Little Artisans) guild, I sure as hell hope so! So get to work!

Even more Confusion

Meeting place: Sap Slaves Camp, Grove of Confusion, Verdant Heights.

Homins concerned: Matis Nobles, Matis Vassals and friends of the Kingdom.
Synopsis: There is even more confusion in the Grove of Confusion. The Sap Slaves ask for help from the Nobles and the Matis Subjects.

Beero Antozzo, leader of the Sap Slaves, stood quite straight up in front of Aniro Karin. Although slightly surprised to have been put directly in the presence of the Karin, his Matis pride had quickly returned and he was explaining the situation with as much precision as a rather confused situation would allow.

Beero Antozzo looked at the Karin.
"You did well to come and inform me promptly. I will drum up our Nobles and Subjects at once. Their troop will join you in your camp at the Grove of Confusion as early as the 24th of Folially(*). You will then set out together with the mission of finding the causes of this worrying phenomenon."
