  • balance between classes - which one seem to be stronger, which one is weaker, why, how to fix it?
  • weapons balance - what weapons seem to be too strong or weak, why, how to fix it?
  • balance of skills from the global leveling - what skills seem to be too strong or too weak, how to fix?
  • the balance of the combat store - two things are interesting here - which class the combat store seems to be the strongest or the weakest, and the balance of specific consumables - which seem to be too unbalanced and which, on the contrary, are completely useless.

Minor technical update.

  • Fixed display of fonts in the main menu.

Patch 0.9.2324

Hi everyone, we are happy to inform you that today we released a major Hired Ops update. The key changes in this patch are the addition of global class leveling, which allows you to improve and develop certain skills of your operatives and create unique builds that match your playstyle.


Also, the combat shop and in-game economy were completely reworked - you no longer have to buy passive skills to get access to combat devices, improvements and explosives, all this is available from the very beginning of the match, We tried to leave only useful equipment in combat shop, the correct choice of which can decide the outcome of the match.


The third major change in this update is a change to the TTK, changes to the balance, and rework of the recoil of all weapons. Increased damage and making the recoil more controlled had a positive effect on the number of shots and the time needed to kill the enemy. We have also worked to improve interaction with weapons: reloading, aiming, starting and killing the sprint, the behavior of weapons in the hands, all this is improved in this update.

In addition to the above, a very large amount of work has been done to improve various aspects of the game, such as:
  • the convenience of the main menu interfaces
  • improved graphics - added a new type of full-screen anti-aliasing to the settings-TAA
  • improved network code and optimization


This patch turned out to be voluminous and time-consuming and it is very important for us to get feedback from you, write your impressions, suggestions, and wishes.

Patch 0.9.2232

Mercenaries! We are happy to present you with a technical update for Hired Ops.

Fixes:
- Fixed desync issue that was caused by a difference between your position on the client from your position on the server, so you couldn't kill other players.
- Fixed a desynch of getting damage, which sometimes caused you to see that you were killed with 1 bullet, not with a headshot.
- Minor improvements to the main menu UI.

Hotfix

We uploaded a hotfix to Steam, which was designed to eliminate a bug due to which players could not see each other on the server. To install the update you need to restart the game.
