We're still looking into the loss of save data on CS Mode but we're hopoing to have some news for you all in April.

We're still looking into the loss of save data on CS Mode but we're hopoing to have some news for you all in April.

In attempting to fix this issue, we have a request for all users affected by the save data corruption bug which erases the CS points and purchased ships in CS Mode.

We would like users to send corrupted save data to us in order that we can investigate and address whatever is causing this issue. Instructions as to how to do this follows.

How to find & save corrupted save data

1. When save data is corrupted, the game will display an error message.
   
2. You will be asked whether to erase/format the save data; choose 'No'
   
3. Return to Windows and locate your save data (details below)
   
4. Zip the contents of the save data folder and email it here: [email protected]
   
5. When emailing, please use the following title: "DariusBurst CS Corrupted Save Data"
   

Save Data locations

• Steam default install:
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\User ID(*)\377870\remote
  
• Steam custom install:
  your chosen file path here\userdata\User ID(*)\377870\remote
  

* 'User ID' is your individual Steam ID number.
