Time flies, especially if you’re taking part in a fun and exciting fishing tournament like Independence Trout Open! And now the 2nd Qualifying Round of the year’s ultimate Trout fishing competitive event is now over. It was the 2nd attempt for our anglers to show their best performance by getting one of the top twenty scores to make it through to the Semifinal Round! Independence Treasure Hunt will be held until July 12th, 6:00 UTC.

• Historic Fish with anchor tags cannot be sold for credits, so you can release it at once. Go on an epic angling adventure try your luck at catching catch 21 different types truly historic fish that are over 200 years old! All these fish had a special anchor tag clipped onto their fins, marked with the year and President’s George Washington’s signature! So good luck at catching these living pieces of History!
  
• Raise the USA flag on each of the USA waterways daily to win fireworks! Fireworks can be launched on all Americans waterways. Try your luck to collect them all!
  
• Find Cannonballs in snags and fire holiday salutes from the Liberty Cannon to win a unique reel!
  
  
  
• Each Liberty Cannon can be fired only once a day! To make the shot, you must have a cannonball in your backpack, that’ll disappear afterward.

Hey, angling community! Join us this July 4th for an epic anglers’ celebration of Independence Day by taking part in the Independence Trout Open, the festive Trout sportfishing tournament hosted annually by Fishing Planet!

Really, what could be better than spending a great all-American holiday in good company amidst thrilling competitive excitement?
So don’t hesitate to register and celebrate Independence Day by heading out on a fun and challenging competitive fishing journey that will take you through some of the greatest Trout fishing locations in North America! First, you’ll go from the Canadian snowy charm of White Moose Lake to the vastness of Michigan’s beautiful Saint-Croix Lake and the enigmatic banks of Colorado’s Rocky Lake in the three Qualifiers, then on to the picturesque shores of Oregon’s Falcon Lake for the Semifinal Round and the tournament’s Grand Finale, in which 20 best Trout anglers will fight their final battle for the title of Independence Trout Champion and many valuable prizes!

Independence Trout Open will be held June 30th through July 5th, with the Registration starting on June 29th, 24 hours prior to the First Qualifier.

The Tournament’s timetable is as follows:

• 29th of June - Registration for the Tournament begins.
  
• 30th of June - Qualifier 1 on Colorado’s Rocky Lake.
  
• 1st of July - Qualifier 2 on Lake Saint-Croix in Michigan.
  
• 2nd of July - Qualifier 3 on Alberta’s White Moose Lake.
  
• 3rd of July - Semifinal Round on Falcon Lake in Oregon.
  
• 5th of July - the Grand Finale on Oregon’s Falcon Lake.
