Grand Smallie's Cup: Qualifier 1 Results


What a breathtaking fishing battle we just witnessed! And that’s only the 1st Qualifying Round of Grand Smallie's Cup that was held on Oregon’s Falcon Lake. It was the 1st chance out of 2 to get through to the Semifinal by making it to the Top-30 most skilled Smallmouth Bass anglers! And so, here’s the list of lucky anglers who’ll head to Michigan on November 28th and compete against 60 best anglers in the Semifinal on the magnificent Lake Saint-Croix.

Hey, anglers.
How is it going after the Halloween event? The end of November will bring you a bunch of useful updates.
Here is what you will get:

Weather Schedule added to time forward window



Now you can easily check the weather and choose the perfect time to catch your favorite fish.

Boat and kayak support in the inventory



Now you have a possibility to have with you not only one boat, but also, take your favorite kayak.
*You can have only a boat and kayak.

Diversified rewards in competitions
Now, instead of one specific reward, you will receive one of 5 rewards, randomly.
The list of rewards will be specified in the description of the competition.

Profile limitation changes:
  • Friends list increased to 200
  • Buoy quantity increased to 1500


Miscellaneous:
  • Added possibility to buy and equip vest on the waterway
  • Leader wear indication added
  • Hall of Fame: big fish score added
  • Automatic abuse reporting added to pond chat
  • Adaptive zoom added
  • Map Button rename: now Map stands for Pond Map and Globe for Global Map

Grand Smallie's Cup 2020



As any Bass angler knows, Smallies are angrier and much more fierce opponents than their Largemouth relatives, which makes the Tournament even more of a fun challenge! So whether you’re a mastermind Bass angler or just getting started in Smallmouth fishing, don’t hesitate to go on this competitive fishing journey for an exciting trip through some breathtaking fishing destinations - from the deep blue waters of Oregon’s Falcon Lake and the the mesmerizingly picturesque San Joaquin Delta in the sunny state of California in the two Qualifiers, to for the Semifinal Round on Michigan’s beautiful Saint-Croix Lake and over to the wide banks of North Carolina’s Neherrin River for the Grand Finale, in which 20 toughest and most skilled Smallmouth anglers will face each other in an epic showdown for the title of Smallmouth fishing Champion and many valuable prizes!

Grand Smallie’s Cup will be held November 24th through November 29th, with the Registration starting on November 23rd. The Tournament’s timetable is as follows:
  • 23th of November - Registration for the Tournament begins.
  • 24st of November - Qualifier 1 on Lake Falcon in Oregon.
  • 25nd of November - Qualifier 2 San Joaquin Delta in California.
  • 28th of November - Semifinal Round on Michigan’s Lake Saint-Croix.
  • 29th of November - the Grand Finale on on Neherrin River in North Carolina.

Welcome Halloween 2020: CURSE OF THE FRANKENFISH

*This year you will have a chance to conquer Frankenfish again using new additions to our traditional Halloween potion!

What a holiday without your favorite and terrifying missions!

This frightful monster will devour anything alive, even humans! So it’s up to you to go on an epic adventure to summon and defeat the horrid beast:

  • Retrieve the Book of Recipes from the Quanchkin Witch to brew the summoning potion!



  • Find the magic Witching Cauldron somewhere on the islands of San Joaquin and get all of the ingredients!



  • Brew the Summoning Potion to summon and defeat the Frankenfish!


  • Halloween 2020 will surprise you with a new kayak race which will make you thrilled.

  • The winner will get the unique Vampire Glasses and Pond Passes to event ponds.

    This will be spook-tacular!

*It is the only few of a bunch of Halloween's missions you need to complete.

Only you can put an end to its bloody rule once and for all! Conquer the monster to get the unique Monstrosity Kayak as a reward!

Also do not forget to Set out on a night hunt after the mysterious glowing Ghost Pike,

catch terrifying Skeleton Bluegills,



and fierce Monster Gars:

Be careful, because all fish monsters are going out for a hunt at night!
