Which means if you’re taking part in Event Creator activities, you’ll start seeing them pop up and – more importantly – be able to win them![/p][p]As for the Event Creator Shop? This has now been resolved.[/p]

• [p]Text effects (bold, colour, italics) now stay correctly contained within their UI elements[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where the Purse could briefly display “Loading.. Credits” instead of your actual balance on login[/p]
• [p]Resolved a localization issue affecting the EC Shop[/p]
• [p]Resolved some missing localizations within NPC Shops.[/p]

[p]Item & Visual Fixes[/p][p]A handful of visual inconsistencies have been cleaned up to ensure items display exactly as intended.[/p]

• [p]Fixed palette issues affecting Colourable Mode Chairs[/p]

[p]Hello Habbos![/p][p]We recently released an article detailing our new rewards for attending official games and events run by our new Event Creator (EC) team. In that article, we briefly mentioned a new method for distributing rewards such as badges and would like to share further information about the plan going forward.[/p][p]Although badge prizes are generally given via competitions run by staff, on the few occasions they’ve been given out for live events, feedback has highlighted difficulties in attendance due to players in varying timezones. We want to create a system whereby our new EC team can distribute badges as prizes, while making them accessible to as many players as possible.[/p][p][/p][h3]WHAT ARE EC TOKENS? [/h3][h3][/h3][p]EC Tokens are a new reward for winning games and events run by our EC team. Each time you win, along with receiving your Jade Gift Box prize, you will also receive an EC Token which staff will send to your in-game backpack. These tokens can then be used via the backpack to open the EC Rewards Shop.[/p][p]WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?[/p][p]For “Season 1” of our EC programme, rewards will include a badge, various nameplates, and an infostand customisation. Our first round of prizes can be seen in the image below. Note: the cost in tokens for each reward is TBC.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]HOW OFTEN DO REWARDS CHANGE?[/h3][p]Currently, we plan for each EC Season to last approximately 4 months. We hope this gives players time to win enough tokens to enjoy EC Token rewards (along with enough time to collect some new jade rares!). At the end of 4 months, the next season’s token and rewards will be introduced and the previous season’s removed. We’ll announce dates closer to the time.[/p][h3]HOW CAN I WIN EC TOKENS?[/h3][p]You can obtain EC tokens by winning any of our EC games and events that occur throughout each week in a variety of different timezones, and are led by our dedicated team of Event Creators![/p][h3]WILL BADGES STILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA COMPETITIONS?[/h3][p]Yes! Badges will still be used as prizes for competitions run by staff such as building, art, and Trax, or given out during large seasonal celebrations throughout the year. [p]Do you ever find yourself logging into the Hotel and wondering, “are there any events on right now?”, or feeling unsure about exactly how much time is left in Wobble Showdown? The Event Bar has you covered.[/p][p]Now visible in the top left of your screen, the Event Bar will notify you whenever something starts happening in the Hotel. This might be one of our automatic game events like BattleBall, Wobble Squabble or Fishing Frenzy, or a notification about an Event Creator or community led event that you can jump straight into.[/p][p][/p][p]The aim is simple, whenever you log in, you should immediately know what is going on. Prefer a quieter view? Just hit the little X to hide the bar. • [p]Restored previous double click teleport behaviour to address reported click through issues.[/p]
• [p]Launch Pad tiles no longer cause users to fall before launching when the pad itself is airborne.[/p]
• [p]Spin Tiles now respect maximum altitude limits, preventing spins that could leave users stuck.[/p]
• [p]Spin Tiles now respect chairs and beds you spin through and will stop spinning if you land on a chair.[/p]
• [p]Key Gates no longer require a specific standing direction and can now be used from any orientation.[/p]

These coveted items are highly sought after and perfect for Habbos who love to stand out.[/p][p]Not all Jade rares will be made available to grab just yet, with others to be added in the future. [p]Celebrate Events, Celebrate Rewards[/p][p]The Jade Gift Box is our way of celebrating the creativity and energy of Event Creators (abbreviation: EC), as well as rewarding Habbos who jump in and take part.[/p][p]Keep an eye on in-hotel events, join competitions, and give it your all – you never know when a Jade rare might be waiting for you.[/p][p]Future Plans[/p][p]We're also planning a new and more fair way of introducing rewards from our EC events, including badges and nameplates 👀[/p][p]In the near future, each game win will come with a type of EC Token that goes in your backpack (in addition to your Jade Gift Box).
