News about sequel

Hey,
We have been working on this for a long time and I think it is safe to show some of the progress, for beginning, we totally remade character art & animations, we added more weapons types each with its own mechanics( bow with arrows, minigun, BFG, SMG) and more armor classes, so without any more spoilers here is a sneak peek:



And we also got a name for sequel: Chromosome Evil
As for the engine, Flesh Eaters was made in Game Maker while the sequel is been made in C++ custom engine from zero.

Last fix

Hey,

Fist I want to thank you all for supporting our first game!
Then I want to announce that this is the last fix/update on Flesh Eaters, its been 2 years since release and adding new stuff and fixing new bugs only makes more bugs and problems in code which takes time and money to fix which I cannot afford, as many of you noticed the game is ridiculously cheap and that backfired hard for me, mostly managed to get finished because I invested money out of my own pocket in it otherwise would have died in early access stage.

The current update contains a fix for crashing bug.

Still, it was a good experience for me as a developer to see were I did wrong and where I must improve and which parts were fun and I should expand them, so I am concentrating all I got left in the sequel.

UPDATE - Steam achievement

Hi people,

Again I know it's a long time since the game was released but we like from time to time to come back to this project, nostalgic stuff for us.

The Programmer responsible for bringing my artwork and design to life, Dmitry N. just implemented Steam Achievement in Flesh Eaters.
