V.1.1.8 - This update fixes several minor issues

This update contains minor changes across different areas of the game, most notably the JUNGLE ZONE! This area got a massive re-work, and graphical issues like jagged lines at the boarder of treetops and BG sky no longer appear. Should be more stable overall. The upcoming focus will be updating the STORY and BOSS FIGHTS so keep checking back to see that unfold!

V.1.1.7 - RAYGUN NOW ADDED!

So for the EARLY ACCESS V.1.1.7, a very special WEAPON is added! This is the most updated version of the game and the most stable, soon the focus will be getting the story stuff in, and finally the BOSSES can start happening!

DinoGORE: Gorack gets a GUN!

[p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p]Crystal powered photon-death delivered from beyond the stars. Things are getting intergalactic in the prehistoric ages! Still working on the cutscene, but the gun is a pretty cool addition I hope to have up and running in the NEXT UPDATE ideally.

The plan is for different colored crystals to act as the fuel source for the RAYGUN.

The idea is it would fire in 2 modes, your basic MEGAMAN style pew pew button taps. However CHARGING the shot will POWER UP the shot to a CHARGED SHOT for more damage ( at greater fuel usage ). [/p][p][/p][p]While charging, the SECONDARY ATTACK FUNCTION would activate ( also draining fuel while active )

This secondary "CHARGE ATTACK FUNCTION" would be something like a short range flamethrower or damage radius around the player that appears while the shot is at max power. Releasing this charged shot ends the secondary attack function as well. Can't wait to get it working and in the game![/p]

Some weird issues persisted...

I fixed a lot of weird issues that happened when things re-pooled. Should be better now! Also, the bald guys were not intentional, but they happen...

Pooling Update FIXED (V.1.1.4)

Ok, POOLING UPDATE re-installed! The problem was that originally in development, the NPC characters were created and destroyed when appropriate. This caused SPIKES in the garbage collection allocation and lagged the game. Switching to POOLING called for the existing NPC's to basically RECYCLE, however this made them screw up in every possible way! Going in and untangling the mess character per character was a real drag, but small issues aside everything should be functional now, plus a smoother fps!(hopefully)

More updates to come!
