Patch notes 1.0.4

This patch rolls in a few playability tweaks with keyboard and especially game controller use:
- 2 or more controllers can now be plugged in at once, and whichever one is active will be listened to
- to jump from a wall or chain: now just press left/right+jump; there's no need to also press Up (which was awkward previously, especially on game controllers)
- if you jump to a wall/chain and grab it without letting go of the 'up' button, then you will now start climbing without needing to release+re-press 'up'
- on controllers, either of the analog sticks, and the dpad now work for movement
- fixed a bug whereby you could not jump off walls/chains when using the dpad
