Patch 7.1 is live!

We are proud to present the patch notes for Crossroads, which follows the Warrior of Light's continued adventures on the continent of Tural, and features the first installment in the new alliance raid series, Echoes of Vana'diel, in which the worlds of FINAL FANTASY XI and XIV collide.

A host of other additions includes Pelupelu allied society quests, new trials, and more.

* Additional features will be implemented in future updates:

Futures Rewritten (Ultimate) is scheduled to be released in Patch 7.11.
A new custom deliveries client (Nitowikwe), Wachumeqimeqi quests, and Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures sidequests are scheduled to be released in Patch 7.15.
The Cloud of Darkness (Chaotic) is scheduled to be released one week after Patch 7.15.
Additional role quests are scheduled to be released in Patch 7.16.

The FF14 7.1 patch notes are here as we prepare to dive into the first major update for the critically acclaimed MMORPG since the launch of its latest expansion. With the continuation of the main story of Dawntrail, the beginning chapter of the FF11 alliance raid, and the start of Allied Society quests for the new zones, there's already a lot to look forward to, with even more in the months ahead. The FF14 7.1 release date is confirmed as Live Letter 84 shows off the new patch

The first major FF14 Dawntrail patch is almost here, as game director Naoki Yoshida confirms the FF14 7.1 release date in Live Letter 84. He's joined as ever by community producer Toshio Murouchi, and the pair give us an in-game glimpse at everything coming with the next Final Fantasy 14 update. On the cards is a closer look at the new FF11 crossover Echoes of Vana'diel, the 24-player chaotic alliance raid, and a wealth of the rewards up for grabs.
