Horror descends as three Resident Evil games take over GeForce Now

Nvidia has announced three Resident Evil titles are now available on its GeForce Now cloud service.

The games are Resident Evil 2 Remake, Resident Evil 3 Remake, and Resident Evil 7, part of nine new games expanding the GeForce Now library of over 1,600 titles.

With RTX On and high dynamic range, Ultimate and Priority members will also experience the most realistic lighting and deepest shadows within the game. Here's a tip: turn the lights off for an even more intense experience and plenty of scares. Trust us.

Notice on the End of Technical support for DirectX 11 Non-Ray Tracing Versions

On 7/12/2023, support will end for the DirectX 11 non-ray tracing versions (dx11_non-rt) of Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3.

After technical support has ended, we cannot guarantee compatiblity or operation when using these versions of the games.

PS Plus February gets 17 new games across Premium and Extra tiers today

A fresh lineup of PS Plus games for February has just been released, meaning those with an Extra or Premium tier subscription are now able to download over a dozen excellent new games to the home console.

February PlayStation Plus: Horizon, RE7, Borderlands 3 and Scarlet Nexus coming to game catalogue

Sony has confirmed Horizon Forbidden West, Borderlands 3, Scarlet Nexus and Resident Evil 7 are coming to the PlayStation Plus games catalogue, after news leaked earlier today.

The orginal information came from Billbil-kun, who has previously released accurate lists of upcoming PS Plus titles.

Each of the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games are decent at worst and excellent at best, depending on your tastes. Resident Evil 7 is a modern classic and kicked off a new age of first-person Resident Evil games. It did a lot to push horror games back into the limelight thanks to its mix of classic Resident Evil style and a refreshing new perspective. It’s well worth a play if you somehow missed it.
