Lost Technology is a simulation game in which over 100 characters comprising a total of 12 different factions battle to conquer each other’s territories. The faction chosen at the beginning will determine the conversations and events that occur throughout the game between the player and the other factions.

Lost Technology has been updated!

Today we have added three new factions into the game, Kingdom of Gug, Castus and Dragon Knights of Fevnr. Please check out our previous posts for their full introductions.

You may not know this, but the Kingdom of Gug scenario was actually written by Hato Moa, creator of Hatoful Boyfriend.
Following in the footsteps of Hatoful Boyfriend, the Lost Technology Kingdom of Gug scenario has also been released on Steam, so Hato provided us with a commemorative comment!

“Congratulations on Lost Technology and the English release of the Kingdom of Gug scenario!
It’s really deeply moving to think that those funky frogs are setting off out into the world.
Since it is, after all, a music-themed scenario, please be sure to check out the awesome original songs, too.

As well as adding the new factions into the game, we have also addressed a series of bug reports and fixes.

• Added the Dragon Knights of Fevnir scenario
  
• Added the Kingdom of Gug scenario
  
• Added the Castus
  
• Fixed a bug in Dungeon Mode where glitched units would appear on floor 49
  
• Fixed a bug where the sprites associated with Electric Mages recruited by Ricard didn't load correctly
  
• Fixed a bug where Japanese text would appear for machine gun class skills
  
• Fixed a bug where Japanese text would appear for 'Bite II' and 'Bite III' skills
  
• Fixed a bug where Japanese text would appear for certain enhance skills, such as 'Move UP,' 'MP Recovery UP,' and 'Targe'
  
• Fixed a bug where certain dungeon names would appear in Japanese
  
• Fixed a bug where certain Guardian names appeared in Japanese
  
• Fixed a bug where hovering over the semi-auto unit control panel displayed garbled text
  
• Added additional background art so scenario cutscenes take place in more varied locales

For this update, the game has increased in price from $2.99 to $4.99.
Everyone who already owns the game, will get the update for free.
