It’s the Season of Frostval!



[h2]The season of Frostval has begun![/h2]
Snow is falling in Battleon and Blizzy is back to remind you of the story of Frostval. You can also now join the Frost Summoner’s Siege, fight Frostfang in the Social District, and more! [h2]Blizzy Returns[/h2]



Frostval is a wonderful time of year when we celebrate how the Hero helped the Frost Moglins escape from the Yettun into the snowy lands of Frostvale. (Frostvale is the land, Frostval is the winter holiday) You are that Hero! So, if you haven't yet experienced this story, meet Blizzy at the Travel Portal in Battleon and go to "Frostval Labyrinth" to get started.

If you are level 18 or over, you can also visit the town of Frostvale where a bigger adventure (and dungeons, crafts, and monsters) awaits!
 
[h2]Visit Winter’s Grasp[/h2]



Mayor Kayne is busy getting ready for a big celebration in his town of Winter’s Grasp. Everyone is welcome. Care to lend a hand and help him find out what is behind the mysterious beast sightings recently? These sightings have also drawn the attention of Hale, a renowned monster hunter. Maybe you can team up to track down the monster of Mount Scrunch.

Talk to Blizzy to travel to Winter’s Grasp.

[h2]Frost Summoner’s Siege[/h2]



A horde of Frost Monsters can be seen in the distance riding toward the side gates of Battleon in waves. The Frostlorn Raiders have tried taking Battleon before and you fought them back. You then went to their stronghold near Frostvale in the Frozen Northlands and fought against the Frostlorn himself. Now, Shiveroth the Frostlorn Summoner has ordered a siege on Battleon in retaliation.

Talk to Roland behind Frostfang in the Social District to join forces with your fellow heroes to defeat the waves of enemies in this siege outside the gates of Battleon. This map is intended for players of all levels to fight side by side.
 
[h2]Past Frostval Collections[/h2]



Blizzy holds the shop for all the previous (and current - soon!) Frostval collections. You can buy all items from the previous collections individually, from pets to gear! Now is the time get those seasonal items you missed out on!
 
[h2]'Tis the Season for PvP [/h2]



The Battle Arena is also getting a festive makeover for Frostval. Illuminated trees surrounded by gifts, wreaths adorning the borders, and fluffy white snow flurries make PvP festive and fun this season! Make sure to visit Firebrand's 'Special PvP Rewards' shop to trade in your Marks of Glory for Frostval themed PvP gear.
 
[h2]Frostfang in the Social District[/h2]



Battle Frostfang, the frost drake in a bad mood, to save the Social District from being frozen over! Frostfang has a chance to drop the items from 2 seasonal cosmetic sets, plus some other festively fun items, so challenge him now!

The Nulgath Saga Finale is Here!



[h2]The Finale Begins[/h2]
In this epic finale of the Nulgath Saga, delve deep into the Shadow Dungeon to retrieve the missing piece of Dage’s soul to make him whole and team up in combat against Nulgath, the Archfiend! You can also now increase your max level to 45 and earn new capstones and infusion runes. 



Seek out Oblivion in Battleon or go to your Adventure Menu to begin the epic conclusion of the Nulgath Saga! Complete the saga, collect and craft dozens of new weapons and armor sets, and team up with friends in the Challenge dungeon.
 

[h3]The Final Piece[/h3]


Find a way to get back the final piece of Dage’s soul so that he can become whole in the Oversoul.
The Shadow Dungeon seems like a good place to start…

[h3]An Epic Showdown[/h3]
With Dage back to his powerful self, the two of you can reach Nulgath’s Throne and defeat Nulgath once and for all!



… Or, if once is not enough, you can defeat him over and over again with friends in the Challenge version of the fight!


[h3]Quest Pets[/h3]


When you have finished the story, continue enjoying the saga with these quest pets! These pets have exclusive side-quests and rewards attached to them. Visit Oblivion in Battleon after completing the saga to get yours! 
 
[h3]Fun Extras[/h3]


Capstones and Infused Fiendish Runes
When you exceed the new level cap of 45 you can earn more Capstones and NEW Infused Fiendish Runes for more end-game gear. Talk to Maximus in Battleon, near Cysero’s Forge, to start crafting the Corrupt Lionfang Paladin armor set!




Thyton is visiting Battleon! 
Find him in Yulgar’s Inn to shop his items, play his story - the Westemere saga, and learn to fight like a Ninja.

BattleTron Returns for Black Friday!



[h2]BattleTron Defender[/h2]
BattleTron Defender has returned to Battleon with the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shops, as well as the CyberWolf Trove. These shops include NEW and previous items available for individual purchase. Many items are available for gold, so don’t be shy to peruse the BattleTron’s wares.

While you are adventuring, you will also find the CyberKnight invading the Daily Boss maps and some seasonal items have returned to the Daily Treasure Chests.

The CyberKnight has invaded the Daily Boss Fight maps. Defeat him to collect pieces of his gear to equip for yourself!

Legion TechnoKnight and Robowolf travel form now have a chance to drop from your Daily Treasure Chests. You can also purchase them with Treasure Shards in the Chest Shop.
 
[h2]Invest in Battleon's Bank[/h2]



The bank needs to collect on some debts from the citizens of Lore who are behind on their investments. If you are willing to make some visits on behalf of the bank, and help out a few friends along the way, you may have what it takes to become a Loyal Bank Member. This grants you a free bank vault, plus the title ‘Repo Hero’.

Talk to Hootenheim about “Investing” at the bank to begin your quest – But you must have first completed the Bank’s main story quests! Completing those also gives you a free bank vault, so it’s a Win-Win!

[h2]Need More DragonCrystals?[/h2]



You get 50% extra DragonCrystals when you buy them from the Upgrade Shop in AQ3D! This includes Guardian and Adventurer’s Pack bundles as well! Fill up and enjoy the bonus DCs!

Your Inventory is Sorted!



[h2]Faster, Smoother, Better[/h2]
We are excited to bring you a faster, smoother, better way to sort through your item inventories. Your inventories are looking a little cleaner after this update with new filters, sorting options, and an updated UI. This update affects your Main or Bag Inventory, your Bank Vault inventory, and your hotkey bar’s Usable Items inventory.

[h2]Your Bag/Main Inventory[/h2]


At the top of the inventory you can now see how many items you have in total (including items that do not take up Bag slots, like pets and travel forms – this is called Inventory – and how many items are in your Bag slots out of the maximum Bag slot limit (seen as XXX / YYY).



Also, Item Category buttons have been condensed into general categories and are now a gold color. Most Categories have additional Filters and Sorting options. For example, the category Weapons can be filtered to only show Melee, Ranged, or Pistol type weapons, and it can also be sorted in alphabetical order from A-Z, by Newest items, or by Power level.

[h2]Bank Vault Sorting[/h2]


Bank Vaults now include an All Vaults option for searching through the entire inventory of your vaults at once! Also, just like the Main Inventory, Vaults can be filtered into subcategories and sorted.

Also, items which are transferred to and from the bank will be considered ‘new’ to the destination vault/inventory, placing them at the top when sorting by ‘New’. This allows you to rearrange your items in your bank vaults and your inventory and prevents items from going out of sight when transferring them.

While you are in the Bank, turn up your music volume and enjoy the new soundtrack Jongaar composed!

[h3]Limited Time Only[/h3]


Expand your bank space with discounted Bank Vaults and access them on the go with moglin Bank Pets. These adorable moglin Bank Pets allow you to access your bank vaults from wherever you are with just a pat on their head (or back; they are clickable wherever really). Talk to Hedwig Hootenheim, the Bank Manager, to pick out your Bank Pet.

Bank Vaults are discounted to only 750 DCs and Bank Pets are discounted to 1500 DCs! This sale only lasts until the end of November, so hurry!

[h2]Hotkey Bar Sorting![/h2]


Gone are the days of scrolling to the very bottom of the Usable Items list to add the items you just bought to your Hotkey bar. The Usable Items can be quickly sorted by New, A-Z, or even filtered by category for the specific item type you need. Now you can equip your items on the fly. This is especially useful for restocking Health Potions in the middle of combat or equipping that stack of consumable buffs you forgot you needed.

[h2]This Isn’t the End[/h2]
This is only the first pass at inventory updates. We are working on bringing additional (more complex) functionality like ‘Drag and Drop’, a highly requested feature by you the players. Let us know on social media what else you would like to see to improve the Inventory experience!

  • Camp Gonnagetcha is closing and Dottie is leaving Battleon at the end of November. Join your friends around the campfire to defeat Shrade a few more times before saying goodbye to him and all of the camp counselors until next Friday the 13th!
