[h2]The Frostlorn Raiders & Frost Labyrinth[/h2]

Each year, a blizzard brings the cold and the Frostlorn Raiders. Can you defeat them? Face this dangerous trio or take on the Frost Labyrinth and its indomitable beast, the Yettun. You can access these fights by talking to Blizzy.



[h2]Blizzy... the Frostmoglin[/h2]

Talk to the adorable sub-zero frost moglin in town to travel to Frostvale, the challenges, and access returning gear. When you are in Frostvale, try sticking your tongue to one of the frost swords.... I double dog dare you.



[h2]Frostfang![/h2]

Visit the social district to get some icy cold vengeance on Frostfang. Defeat him to craft the Glacial Piercer bow.



[h2]All dressed up and nowhere to snow...[/h2]

Yulgar and Serenity put up decorations around the Inn. You should stop by and warm up. The Giving Shrub is back too! Which means....



[h2]Giftthulu is back![/h2]

Buy a Gifting Rune from the shub at the Inn. They allow you to spawn a Gift'thulu! It is a giant boss monster present that players can battle. It drops prizes.

This year will have a fresh leaderboard. Last year's top gifters will be permanently memorialized on a special web page which will list names and their amount. Also, the top 10 gifters from last year will be receiving a special badge & title (releasing next week after the art is done).

[h2]AFK Leaderboard is Gone[/h2]
The goal of this map was supposed to be fun. We added a leaderboard because... why not? And, like all leaderboards, players found a way to exploit it. Some people just couldn't commit to truly being AFK.
What do we do now? Well, you can still turn in AFK Minutes to the shop and Trove of Use Things, however, we turned off the leaderboard quests and removed the leaderboard. Instead we will be putting the top few hundred names on a webpage to immortalize your achievements in doing nothing very very well.



[h2]It’s Beginning to Look a lot like Frostval[/h2]
The pumpkins and ghosts have returned to Mystcroft as the portal to the Mogloween world closes. The citizens of Battleon quickly redecorate to usher in the winter season and welcome the return of Blizzy the Frostval Moglin as snow flurries cover the land. However… There is one spooky citizen who remains and is not ready for Frostval.



[h2]Veteran’s Day Shields[/h2]
We just celebrated Veteran’s Day in the United States. It is a time to celebrate those who fought in the armed services for their country. Go see Artix in the 20th Anniversary Event Lobby to get your free Veteran shield in the Special Gifts Shop.

[h2]AFK Leaderboard Update[/h2]
Well folks, there is good news and bad news.
The bad news is that the AFK leaderboard is going away due to an exploit that we can't fix in a reasonable amount of time. We liked the idea of competitive "doing nothing" but people started to do things and it was better than "doing nothing" in terms of points and that ruins the fun.
The good news is that we’re keeping the Leaderboard Quests up for one more week. AND when we remove the quests, the Leaderboard will still be visible. However, only the top 100 AFKers will be immortalized on the AFK Leaderboard. Do nothing like you’ve never done anything before!

• All Mogloween and Mystcroft map content will leave AQ3D on November 16th

[h2]The 20th Anniversary B-Horror Game Marathon[/h2]
If you haven’t played the 20th Anniversary event…. What are you waiting for??? Elvira presents 6 horrifying games straight from Artix’s secret stash of cursed horror games. Star in each mini-game and earn big rewards. Plus, you can now level up to 39!



[h2]20th Anniversary Troves![/h2]
Click on any Portal Fragment/Travel Crystal in the B-Horror Game maps from our 20th anniversary event to start building your troves! Starting with Game #1: Zom-bae, accept the quest to complete troves for each map. These troves will allow you to keep all of your (non-DC or Guardian) items forever! Completing each trove also unlocks a special title and badge. But you have a limited time to accept this quest…

The 20th Anniversary Lobby will leave our game around January 1st. This includes the items with “20th Anniversary” in their name and the ability to start this 20th Anniversary Trove quest. So make sure you store your 20th Anniversary items in the bank until it’s time to lock them into their respective trove. The individual B-Horror games will become permanent maps in the Adventure Menu after the Lobby is gone. As long as you have started this trove quest before then, you will be able to continue to add items to it even after the lobby is gone.



[h2]Death of Games: Arcade Challenge and Rewards[/h2]
Unlock a new challenge mode when you complete the Death of Games story quests: Arcade Challenge (level 37+). Access this challenge fight by talking to Death of Games waaaaay in the back of the Lair… or click on the handy Travel Crystal in the map. Also, Bean Twilly unlocked the Arcade Gear shop which uses Arcade Coins from the challenge to purchase new level 39 rewards.

A long time ago… we left a note to players in the Founder’s Sanctuary that promised a special reward upon leaving Open Beta on Steam and going Live. Guess what? Last week, AdventureQuest 3D went Live on Steam. Head to the Sanctuary (it’s in the Special Locations tab), click on the giant sword, and open the Open Beta shop to get your free Live Celebration Sword. After next week’s release, no new accounts will be considered as Beta.

NOTE: A Dark version of this reward is coming to the Open Beta shop next week for Guardians only.



Also new to the Founder’s Sanctuary are additional Beta Berserker crafting shops. Craft Dark Beta Berserker and Guardian Beta Berserker items using Battle Gems and the basic Beta Berserker pieces.

Complete Zom-BAE: The Zombie Dating Sim adventure to unlock a song premiere of "Kill the Beast" by Aurelio Voltaire! The song is off his upcoming album The Black Labyrinth. The album was created with over a dozen members of David Bowie's former band. It is scheduled to release this year.



[h2]A Marathon of B-Horror Adventures[/h2]
Experience 6 "anything-goes" B-Horror adventures. Each story contains rewards, bonus content, and terrible humor (Written by Artix, Memet, Beleen, and Alina). Oh, one of the favorite adventures is called "AFK: The Game." It is a game where you can only win... by doing NOTHING. It is voiced by George Lowe, voice actor from Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Robot Chicken. It was so popular that this week... we added a leader-board for it.
