[h2]Travel to Bastion and Level Up to 32![/h2]
Talk to Scratch at the base of the bridge in Battleon to get to Bastion. You'll know him by his colorful Sandsea garb... and his feline features. If you aren't in Battleon, open your Adventure Menu to quick travel there. This area is for you level 31 players to level up! Now you can put all those experience points into leveling up to 32, the new level cap!



[h2]There is Something in the Water[/h2]
No. Really. Something is poisoning the well water. Aveleon has created another challenging dungeon for your excursion down the well. You will encounter new monsters including sneks, beetles, and a poisonous water monster. Bring a friend.... and don't fall into the water.



[h2]Colorful Sandsea Clothes[/h2]
Talk to Paul DeRonn after you complete your quests to buy and craft colorful Sandsea armor and outfit pieces with stats. His Armor and Outfit Shop has a light Star Hood and comfortable Foot Wraps for gold. Earn Bastion Bucks from Paul's daily quest by "Keeping the Aquifer Clean" and pick up Vials of Slimy Residue from the dungeon monsters. Take them to Paul's Crafting Shop to get various colorful armors and belts perfectly designed for the desert heat.



[h2]New in AdventureQuest 3D Version 1.68[/h2]
The game just keeps getting better every week. The fan favorite feature of this release are the immersive NPC chat bubbles. See NPCs react to story-related changes in their environment and even talk smack during battle. This feature is only on some of the NPCs in Bastion and Battleon but we intend to give every NPC chat bubbles in the future.

Wow! Thank you. It has felt really good seeing how much everyone is loving this new town and release. As I write this, the first players are already hitting level 32. This is just the appetizer... get ready for the desert. The Sandsea is our largest area in the game spanning pyramids, oases, and other treasure-filled locations. This next part of this new saga is scheduled to drop in 2 weeks. Because next week is one of our community's favorite (sorta-technically-a-holiday) Holidays, someone is creating a terrible new kind of potion.

Head to the Social District of Battleon where Lucky Day is happening! Dance with the Bad Luck Sneevil and Cloverzards to collect Clover Leaf tokens. Use those tokens to purchase items from Lucky Lad's collection or purchase the Collector's Chest which contains some exclusive Lucky Day items.

Accept Lucky Lad's "Luck of the Green-ish" Daily Quest and you will earn extra Clover Leaf tokens from dancing with the Bad Luck Sneevil and Cloverzards. Use the Clover Leaf tokens to buy individual items from Lucky Lad's collection, including the Clover Leaf-only item "Golden 4-Leaf Clover Luckabuto".

Man, first breakfast and now desert? Next week's Sandsea Desert release will introduce the town of Bastion. Be the first to encounter new characters and begin a brand new saga which will take you treasure hunting through ancient pyramids.

"So, you vant my vampire armor?"

Vampire King Drachus is back in a new daily boss fight! Earn pieces of his legendary armor. Of course, you will need to get through his swarms of bats, army of vampire guards, and blood golems first!



[h2]Craft Vampire Lord Armor[/h2]
You asked for it and here it is! This is our FIRST FULL SET of armor added to a Daily Boss fight. You can earn all of the pieces of this leveled armor set and upgrade it from Uncommon to Epic rarity. The cloak is by far the most challenging piece to acquire. Alternatively, you can buy the cosmetic version of the Eternal King Drachus set for DragonCrystals.

[h2]What is a Daily Boss Fight?[/h2]
Gold Dragons, Cursed Pirates, NecroKnights, Lava Brakens, mysterious mind controlling creatures from beyond the known world.... each day a random daily boss fight is chosen. Each offers monsters and boss to earn special gear.

You can go to today's Daily Boss fight using the Adventure book in your main menu!



[h2]Talk to Count Mogula for the Crafting and Shop[/h2]
The Daily Boss Fights change each day. Be sure to check for when this one appears. When it does, you will arrive in King Drachus's throne room and be able to talk to the adorably wicked Count Mogula to get access to the quest, crafting, and shop.



[h2]Also new this week in AdventureQuest 3D![/h2]
This week's release also included the "Big Unity Update" which upgraded all of the code, art, and items in the game to a newer version of Unity. It was a scary big upgrade. We do it once a year. If you spot any bugs or weirdness, please hit the report button and let us know. We also did a round of improvements on the intro of the game to help new players. The treasure filled Pyramids of the Sandsea desert is coming next. The first part of this new saga is going up on the PTR for testing this weekend. If all goes well, we will be heading to the cat-and-lizard-people filled town of Bastion next week.

A Wraithmancer enhances their magic by using energy from the spirits of whatever is around them. At the most basic level they can draw energy from spirit beings like wraiths, ghouls, ghosts, etc... but at the height of their power... a Wraithmancer can draw the life force out of living creatures if they so choose.

Look for Stabatha Heartless upstairs in the Tower of Necromancy lobby to begin your rank quests.

At level 18 you can begin learning from Stabatha Heartless what it takes to be a Wraithmancer by earning ranksin the Tower of Necromancy. Rank up and build the complete armor set. Stabatha also offers Daily Quests to help you gather additional Wraith's Essence to rank up faster. Complete all of the ranks to unlock the full Wraithmancer set and the title "WraithLord".
