Do you remember when the VoidKing and his minions burned our previous Town of Battleon to the ground? We defended our old home the last board. Then proved what we were really made of when we rebuilt the town. We rebuilt that little town into a city! But a lot of long time players miss that old town. Did you know they used make up and play party games like Hide-and-Seek, Fort Hunters, and Infected there? There were plenty of tall bushes, high walls, and pillars to hide behind or jump on top of to stay out of reach. We miss it too. Quench thy thirst for nostalgia! Or check out the history of the game if you just recently joined us. Simply type /join OldBattleon into chat to teleport there. Enjoy and use the travel shard in your inventory to teleport back to the current town when you are done.

A Player vs Parkour Challenge

Hop in the slime filled sewers for this team vs team parkour challenge. You will be randomly placed on either the Jumper or Defender team. The jumpers have 10 minutes to find and activate three purple valves somewhere in the sewer. But it won't be easy. The defenders are there to mess with them by springing traps! At the end, everyone will be teleported to a special boss fights that drops loot to craft rewards with.



[h2]Go to to the sewers[/h2]

You will find the enterence to the sewers in the Scholar district of the home town. You know, if you go past the port and go right-ish into that area where Warlic's magic shop and the Trainer Hall is. There, you will find a sewer with a giant slime named Gloopy. Talk to it to see the rewards and learn more.
Jumpers



This parkour map features floating barrels, spinning gears, and all kinds of new things never seen in previous challenges. The sewer splits three ways. You and your team might want to split up and try to reach the objective at the end of each path. Warning! This new map was created by our most notoriously evil level designer. So expect to hit the respawn button a lot! XD
Defenders



Do you dream of making other players cry? If you are randomly placed on the Defenders team, you get to trigger traps. Activate valves to trigger the traps. Pay close attention to the colors of the vales. It gives a clue as to which trap it springs. You can also teleport around to get in a better position to stop the jumpers.


[h2]Boss Fights & Rare Item Drops![/h2]

A match lasts 10 minutes. Then, everyone is teleported to boss fights. The winning side gets better loot. Use the items these Boss Monsters drop to craft special plumber armor and plunger weapons. Oh... I nearly forgot to mention the Rate item drops? The Boss fights at the end all have a chance to drop rare items. They have a chance to drop regardless if you are on the winning side or not.

There are two sets. The Green set is sold for gold in the "Glisel's Birthday Shop" tab, while the purple and blue sets are in "Glisel's Birthday Crafts". To craft them, you'll just need some dye and feathers.

[h2]Wooden Stallion Travel Form[/h2]
Crafted from the living tress of Heartwood and given magical life through its magic. Want to make one? Find Audin the Travling Merchant in Heartwood. She has a new daily quest called "Gift Horse" to help you collect the ingredients needed to craft this 160% speed travel form.




[h2]Fixed & Live! The Heartwood Hunt[/h2]
Finally, you can learn to become a behemoth hunter and earn the Cryptodirax armor and items. Of course, you will have to defeat the Cryptodirax-- which was bugged due to a glitch in one of the new gameplay features. We fixed it and its working now! Begin your adventure by talking to Drak in Heartwood forest. Where is he? Not far. When you enter HeartWood go left. You will see him under a canopy of yellow-leaved trees with a tiny cave behind him. Go into the cave to start the adventure!



[h2]Heartwood Hunt Items[/h2]
The Cryptodirax armor set can be built from the drops off the creature. Its stat power when it is crafted will be at your level minus one (minimum level 7). You can also purchase the Razorshell Turtle Pet from Drak.




[h2]Daily Boss Maps Fixed[/h2]
Earn the Haximus set. Monsters on all Daily Boss maps are now behaving normally and arriving on time again. And the Sunken Ship Challenge is poisonous once again. XD

[h2]A Craft & Hunt Challenge[/h2]

Once you have mastered the basics, gather a party and use what you learned to take on the giant Cryptodirax in the Heartwood Forest Challenge. Plus, unlock a new stat armor set to craft and the Razorshell Turtle Pet!




This is a very fun and fair new challenge map. It was created for you by Llussion. He has a long history of adding new gameplay mechanics in his maps... and all of us on the staff who are testing it fell in love with this release. Hope you do to.



[h2]Drak, the Behemoth Hunter[/h2]

You'll find Drak in Heartwood Forest under a canopy of yellow-leaf trees. He's eager to show you how to become a behemoth hunter. You can also visit unlock the epic Cryptodirax Armor set (with stats!) to craft and the Razorshell Turtle Pet after completing the dungeon.



[h2]Cryptodirax Armor Set w/ Stats[/h2]

The new items in Heartwood drop around your power level... including the new Cryptodirax set. When crafting the pieces, they will complete at your level minus one, with a minimum of level 7. So, if you are currently level 30, it will be level 29. BUT if you are under level 7, it will be level 7 because that is the minimum.



[h2]The Heartwood Forest Dungeon[/h2]


Drax's tutorial mission

In the dungeon, Drax will show you how to hunt behemoths. There are new skills to learn like chopping trees for wood to create a crafting table, and learning how to make the docile Razorshell River Turtle become hostile to fight it by using bait and traps. This acts as the tutorial for the challenge where you're on your own. You must be at least level 7 to enter the dungeon.



[h2]The Heartwood Forest Challenge[/h2]

Gird your loins, because this one is a real challenge. The Heartwood Forest Challenge takes the basics of the dungeon tutorial and applies them on a grand scale to the giant Cryptodirax, a type of Razorshell Turtle. You'll see this creature coming as it crashes through the trees, but you can't fight it while it's docile. You must use the skills you learned in the dungeon on this real behemoth of a turtle. Stock up on traps and bait. If you can't hold its aggro, it will run away and you'll have to track it down again. It may take a few tries to get a hang of this one, but it's worth it. You need the drops from the Cryptodirax to craft the Cryptodirax Armor with stats.
