Spookality 2019

It’s that time of the year again — jack o’ lanterns, haunted houses, and that pair of eyes watching you from right behind the mirror everyone’s staring at. That’s right, it’s time for VRChat’s Halloween event: Spookality 2019!

Spookality is VRChat’s yearly event where we embrace the odd, the slightly creepy, and the weird. What better place to spend Halloween except where you can be anything you want to be? As a nice bonus, you don’t need to answer your door every three minutes to hand out your hard-earned candy.
  • Come check out our Halloween Worlds row, where you can find out what kind of spooky stuff our creators have been up to. Creepy worlds, unnerving locales, and scary games-- not to mention tracking down and finding a good avatar to sneak up on your friends with.
  • Starting October 25th - Check out a selection of worlds and avatars that our creators have submitted to the Spookality Contest!
  • Something's up with the VRChat Hub... you might want to go take a look.

In addition to hanging out in creepy, dark, and dank worlds with your friends, why not enter your latest spooky World or Avatar into our Spookality contest? For Spookality 2019, we have four categories:
  • Worlds (PC)
  • Worlds (Cross-Platform)
  • Avatars (PC)
  • Avatars (Cross-Platform)

If you'd like to read more about the contest, check out our latest blog post on the Spookality 2019 event!

That's all for now, but keep an eye out. You never know what's staring at you from behind the mirror...
