Transferring an Account from the CIS Server to the Europe

Dear players!

On April 4, we announced that all operations pertaining to Wargaming games in Russia and Belarus—operations for World of Tanks Blitz in particular—would be transferred to Lesta Games. This was the first step of a long-term strategy, resulting in the complete structural and financial divergence between the two companies. In terms of business and operation, World of Tanks Blitz and other products are currently managed by two independent companies: Lesta Games in Russia and Belarus, and Wargaming in all other countries.

The next important step will be the launch of a special account transfer campaign. Players who want to stay with Wargaming and continue playing via Steam will need to move from the CIS server to the Europe server.
The transfer will only be available for accounts linked to WG ID.

Account transfer is an important step: Each player on the CIS server will need to decide which server to continue playing on. Below you can find the key points of this process.
 1. The CIS server will soon disappear from World of Tanks Blitz. Moreover, new players from Russia and Belarus will not be able to register a new World of Tanks Blitz account via Steam.
 2. New players from countries that were previously included in the CIS server (except for Russia and Belarus) will still be able to install World of Tanks Blitz via Steam and create an account. When registering, they will be offered the Europe server.
 3. If you already have an account on the CIS server, you will be given the option to transfer it to the Europe server and continue playing via Steam.
 4. If you don't want to transfer your account to the EU region (Europe server), unfortunately, you won't be able to continue playing via Steam.

High-quality services and player comfort have always been our top priority and remain so moving forward. Regardless of the server you choose to continue playing on, we will retain all progress and all in-game assets, as well as the key services that our players are used to.

We understand that this is a significant and momentous decision for our players, and we will do everything possible to make it as easy for everyone as possible.
Additional questions
HOW WILL THE ACCOUNTS BE TRANSFERRED?
Soon, when logging into the game, all players on the CIS server will see special information windows. Through them, we will ask some players to add an email or password to their account.
All Steam players on the CIS server will be given the option to transfer their account to the Europe server to continue playing WoT Blitz on their current account, while their data will continue to be processed by Wargaming.

HOW WILL MY ACCOUNT CHANGE AFTER THE TRANSFER?
If you choose to transfer your account to the Europe server, you will keep all vehicles, credits, gold, other resources, all assets in the Storage, all statistics, and even your nickname, if it's not used by another player. If your nickname is already taken, your new nickname on the Europe server will appear as follows: "Your_nickname_on_CIS_server_account_ID." The list of friends will also change, and you will no longer be a member of a clan.

I PLAY FROM BELARUS OR RUSSIA AND WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO THE EU REGION. WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE IN-GAME PURCHASES AFTER THE ACCOUNT TRANSFER?
To find out if you can make purchases directly on Steam, check the payment methods available on the platform for your country or contact Steam Support.

CAN I MOVE MY EU/NA/ASIA ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER SERVER DURING THIS CAMPAIGN?
No, the campaign is intended for CIS players only. For other players on Steam, everything will remain unchanged.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON'T WANT TO TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO THE EUROPE SERVER?
Unfortunately, in that case, you will not be able to play World of Tanks via Steam using your CIS server account.

We will publish all the conditions and technical details closer to the launch of the account transfer campaign. Stay posted!
New Shot Sounds and Shell Hit Marks
Shots now produce rich, powerful, and, most importantly, diverse sounds. Shell hit marks remain on surfaces—just beautiful!

DETAILS
Restoring Sold Vehicles
You can now easily get back a sold Premium or Collector tank without leaving the game! Use the Restore Tank option in the vehicle carousel, on the tank stats screen in the Profile, or in the Store. You'll see a list of vehicles sold within the last 3 months, the date of sale, and the restoration price. You'll be able to restore vehicles sold before this period via Player Support. Please note that vehicles sold prior to Update 9.2 won't be on the list.

The restoration price in gold is equal to the purchase price. The restoration price in credits is 10% higher than the purchase price.
Lower Resolution
We've reworked the Lower Resolution option to enhance gameplay comfort. Owners of less powerful devices will appreciate the change in the Static Lower Resolution: It now reduces the resolution of only landscape objects and tanks, while all elements of the battle interface remain clear.

Dynamic Lower Resolution will now ensure that the image is less blurry, improving your gaming experience. The tracking of high loads and FPS drops on iOS devices was improved: The option won't be activated unless necessary. In addition, Dynamic Lower Resolution is now available for PCs. Mac owners with high-resolution Retina displays will especially appreciate this since the option will be enabled by default.
Legendary Camos
The cartoonish Win Peaks for the AMX 30 1er prototype, the post-apocalyptic Burn for the K-91, and the jade Gongbi for the WZ-120-1G FT became available in the camo selection menu.
Improvements and Fixed Bugs
• The R35, E 50 M with its Monster and Roaring Legendary camos, as well as the T49 with its Hornet camo, received improved graphics.
 • IS-7: The Battle-hardened Legendary camo was improved. There is now more color differentiation from the tank's color gamma without the camo.
 • A hint on how to use the Emergency track mechanic for the Yoh series tanks was added to the Brief Characteristics menu and vehicle preview screen.
 • Rank upgrade progression was added to the second battle results screen. Sorting tanks by rank became available in the Profile statistics.
 • Areas where vehicles became stuck were fixed, and some models of buildings and objects were adjusted for some maps.
 • Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
 • General bugs and client crashes were fixed.
