Update 7.0

In a big way with a bang! This update features both our ideas for improvement and lots of player requests. Thank you for actively and genuinely caring about the game! The new update will delight you with its improved graphics, advanced settings, and even new tanks and effects. There are lots of cool things to see and things to try out!

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Realism and beauty
Just take a look! Several remarkable graphics improvements make the atmosphere of battles more intense, including improved effects for object destruction, flames, smoke, dust, dynamic shadows, gun recoil, shell hit marks, and tank track traces. And don't worry. None of these new features affects gameplay or causes dramatic changes to the game's appearance. If your device can't pull off any of these effects, you can simply turn them off in the settings.
The British Tech Tree has grown
Three new Tier VIII–X light tanks are available for research! The impetuous FV301, Vickers Cruiser, and Vickers Light 105 just can't wait to get in your Garage.
Map changes
We've made some map improvements! Some bugs and spots where vehicles could get stuck were eliminated while the models of buildings and objects were adjusted. On top of that, we've removed unplanned positions on the maps Himmelsdorf, Castilla, Mayan Ruins, Naval Frontier, Winter Malinovka, Copperfield, New Bay, Dynasty's Pearl, Faust, Hellas, and Normandy.
You've got the power!
There's no reason to hold back! It is now in your power to blow off the turrets of tank destroyers that were unlucky enough to have one! And you can do it in style! Just the way we like it. Making their epic departure from the battlefield are the Helsing, FV215b (183), FV4004 Conway, Charioteer, FV4005, Challenger, T30, T67, and T28 Defender.

British Scouts

Like a gust of wind, three top-tier scouts blast onto the scene in Update 7.0. They're astonishingly fast and maneuverable while boasting accurate, rapid-firing guns. On top of all that, they're remarkably vigilant. Take a closer look at these newcomers before they rush into battle!

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Tier VIII FV301
The FV301's speed alone is worth a long and colorful narration. Let's count the reasons:
 • One: near-instant acceleration to an average speed of 40 km/h, with a maximum speed of 62 km/h
 • Two: confidently maintains speed on irregular terrain, making you just want to forget about the battle and go for a pleasurable drive among the hills and dunes
 • Three: practically doesn't slow down when turning, which makes spinning around clumsy rivals especially fun
 • Four: swerves sharply enough at full speed that you actually dodge shells
 • Five: drives fast, shoots fast

That's right! The top gun reloads in 4.8 seconds and aims really quickly. The damage per minute exceeds 2,300 HP while penetration is enough to punch holes not only in the sides but also in the front of enemy vehicles.
Tier IX Vickers CR
This vehicle might have slightly weaker dynamics and road crossing capacity compared to the FV301, but just check out its top gun! The 245 mm of armor penetration will be the object of envy for many same-tier medium tanks. Thanks to the high penetration, an impressive 350 HP of damage can be dealt every 8 seconds with enviable efficiency.

In the hands of an experienced commander, the Vickers CR can snipe from afar (accuracy permits it) and remain invisible thanks to its huge view range.

Like any true light tank, the Vickers CR has no armor. But the large gun mantlet can confidently withstand shots from even the powerful guns of tank destroyers. This will especially come in handy when you play hull-down from medium or long range. The 10-degree gun depression angle further underscores the soundness of this tactic. Terrain is your best armor!
Tier X Vickers Light
The view range of the Vickers CR may be huge, but the Vickers Light has one that's simply beyond imaginable: 280 meters without upgrades. Add equipment and provisions to the equation, and you'll get 325 whole meters! That means the Vickers Light is ideal for a light tank's main task—reconnaissance.

You probably won't feel this advantage at first, but with every battle in the Vickers Light, you'll have more insight into how far this warrior can see. Make good use of this feature and your team will always know where the enemy's hiding.
The key to success is to learn how to stay where you can see the enemy, but he can't see you. And for you to blaze away at poor, unsuspecting targets!

Just like the Vickers CR, the Vickers Light is equipped with the same 105 mm gun. However, at Tier X, the reloading time decreases to 7.38 seconds without equipment and provisions. The penetration, damage, and accuracy are definitely good enough to use any tactic. Flank the enemy and punch a hole in the sides and the rear with every shot or surprise opponents with well-aimed shots to the front! Rest assured that with this gun, there's nothing you can't do.

Again, while this tank lacks armor, the turret is effective at deflecting shots. Even the mighty Ho-Ri Type III can only pierce the large gun mantlet every other time.

Speaking about dynamics, the Vickers Light is just as nimble, maneuverable, and good at crossing terrain as the Tier VIII FV301. Pick a spot on the map (just make sure you can find your way there) and take it in a matter of seconds. Effortlessly ascend hills, dodge shells, and don't let clumsy heavies or tank destroyers even have a chance to point their guns at you! The quick-turning turret of the Vickers Light will allow you to always keep the enemy in your sights. At the same time, the gun can punch through enemy armor even when shooting at random.

What do these British light tanks have? Unique handling, driving speed, and crossing capacity. Powerful guns that even many heavy tanks will envy. Unprecedented view range, strong mantlets, and a 10-degree gun depression angle. This is everything a British scout needs. Start accumulating experience with the Comet now so that you can research the new branch once Update 7.0 is released!
