• [adjusted chest locations] Quest for chests: Find up to 22 chests placed around Heines, Alaska. By doing so you will be granted a buff per chest for your seasonal journey.
  
• [added] River Town rent price is set to $0.
  
• [removed] Pine Valley rent price has been returned to its default value.
  
Additional changes:
• [internal] Refactored some of the existing codebase for the upcoming optimizations.
  
• [visual] Fixed various translation, shading and visual glitches.

• [added] Pine Valley rent price is set to $0.
  
• [removed] Nighthawk Parcel rent price has been returned to its default value.

• [feature] Exiting Gold Panning mode is now simpler.
