Winter Cringe Update is already live, but there is more good news...

We prepared a contest, in which you can win Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti or a Devolver game pack! Simply follow this link, to find out how we organize our competition:



"Finish RUINER Speedrun and your name will appear on the global speedrun leaderboard. Make a clear screenshot of this leaderboard and send it to us to enter the contest. There are 4 methods of entering (email, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). You can enter the contest whichever way you want.

Only the full speedruns without glitchruns (i.e. skipping arenas or maps) can enter the contest. Glitchrun leaderboard doesn't count!

Be in the top 30 by the January 8th, 2018 to get a chance to win one Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti graphics card or one of ten Devolver Game Packs including Absolver, Shadow Warrior 2 and The Talos Principle. We will draw the winners from the top 30 players."

To paraphrase a famous opening line, “the sky above Rengkok is the color of television, tuned to a dead channel.” But to balance the overwhelming winter cybergloom, citizens have
adorned its streets with colourful lights.

Get into the spirit and join them in the cringy celebration of wintertime!

Just like the Halloween mod, Winter mod is also optional - you may turn it off and on in the Main Menu - and it will be available for a limited time, until 4th of January 2018.

• Give your enemies some sweet sugary love by beating the crap out of them with one and two-handed candy canes (some of the skins are animated!).
  
• You also get to wear a Santa outfit, which you can choose in the Gameplay Settings. It’s optional but really ties the whole experience.
  
• Lootcrates have changed into presents! Kick them to get some karma.
  
• Humiliate TrafficKing even more by making him wear an elf’s hat.
  
• Creeps hate this time of the year, so they turned into Grinches.
  
• It’s snowing in Rengkok. And there are some colorful lights. Really picturesque.

Here's what's new:

Beta ultrawide support is finally here! It doesn't work perfectly yet, but now you can now enjoy playing RUINER in 21:9.

Feeling competitive? Have a flair for breaking games? Completing Speedrun as devs intended no longer cuts it? Glitchrun may be just perfect for you! We're introducing separate leaderboards to reward players who have found glitches and exploits in the game which allow skipping arenas. We bet you cannot finish Speedrun in less than 30 minutes. Want to prove us wrong?

Unlocking a jacket after NG+ didn't work correctly if the game was closed without checking out the outfit. This bug has been fixed.

Hey Puppies,

Some of you experienced a bug with NG+ being disabled despite finishing the game. To fix that, you need to select Epilogue from Select Level and finish it once again. You'll probably only need to watch the last cutscene if you haven't wiped your progress by starting a New Game before. Unfortunately, we won't provide an official fix for that.

But we don't come empty-handed! There was a rare blocker when pressing the objective trigger didn't unlock the bike after talking to Mechanix. It's fixed now.

Moreover, we're working on the next big update aaaand... 21:9!
