< Changes/fixes >
- Encountering Gizel in Pandemonium War will no longer cause you and your party to disconnect.
- Fixed an issue where players were not receiving Valhalla Coins after purchasing a package.
- Fixed an issue where Hell Party was not working as intended in Powerstation and Zelva area.
- Otherverse Energy Extinguisher from Life in Arad event has been fixed.
- Fixed an error where players were unable to move to the next room in some maps.
- Fixed minor text issues.

< Temporary Maintenance Compensation >
- Fatigue Recovery Potion (30), Master Contract Package (3-days)
- Valhalla Coins will be restored to players who purchased packages but did not receive coins.
- Players who experienced disconnection due to encountering Gizel will be given 15 Rune Ores.

We have released a client patch to fix to fix the following issues.

- Male Slayer skills not working properly
- Minor text errors in Quest/UI/Consumables
- Few avatars images not displaying properly
- [Asura] Thunder God Energy will now only hit enemies while the Murderous Wave is active.

In addition, we are currently investigating the following issues.

- Unable to advance to the next room in dungeons which is causing you to get stuck.
-> If you are experiencing this issue, please contact our support team at

- Encountering Gizel in Pandemonium War causes you and your party members to crash.
-> We will be compensating all users who are affected by this issue during the next maintenance.

Not receiving Valhalla Coins after purchasing package.
-> If you did not receive Valhalla Coins, the missing coins will be restored during the temporary
maintenance on APR 24th.

- First purchase bonus of Valhalla Package is renewed (200 Time’s Guide Stones).
- Neo Premium Contact+ and VIP Premium Contract benefits are renewed.
- New items are added to Mileage Shop.
- Character Progress Analysis page will no longer be available after the maintenance.
- Any quests that are in-progress will be abandoned during the maintenance, including Seria’s Request 1 and 2. (However, quest materials will not be deleted and progress can be resumed by re-accepting abandoned quests after the maintenance.)
- Purchase history of Valhalla Package will be reset.
- Fixed an issue where character name was not being displayed properly in the guild tab.
- Fixed an issue where 1st awakening buff skill from Crusaders/Enchantress was not being applied properly to characters without Tactician’s Contract.
- New passive skills will be added to Valhalla Title Bead's skill enchant table and Platinum Emblem Box.
