We have released a client patch to fix the following issues.

1. An issue where the God of Mist Damage Font would be shown abnormally.
   
2. An issue where the Fighter (M/F) Salad Carrot Tonfa Weapon Avatar name was shown incorrectly.
   
3. An issue where the BGM for the Sunken Depths Defense event minigame was not being played.
   

Please restart your client to apply the changes.

※ This issue will be fixed during the MAR 4 maintenance. Starfield of Memories Transfer will not be available until the MAR 4 maintenance.

We would like to inform you of the following issue.

We have confirmed that Steam accounts are currently unable to login to our webpage, resulting in not being able to enter the Sunken Depths Pre-Registration event.
This is due to a login server issue on Steam's end and although there has been no notice regarding this as of this notice, we will continue monitoring for further information from Steam regarding this issue.

In the meantime, we will also be striving to fix this issue on our end to regain webpage login access and allow all Adventurers to participate in the Sunken Depths Pre-Registration event.
Please note that gameplay through the Steam launcher is still possible, and only our webpage is currently unable to be logged-in for Steam users.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and will notify you of a fix as soon as possible

Please be informed of the following changes that will occur after the maintenances on Tuesday, MAR 4 and MAR 18 2025 UTC.

Content

▣ Aeterna

• After the maintenance on Tuesday, MAR 4, 2025, the Aeterna channel will be removed, and gameplay will no longer be possible.
  
• All episode quests available in the Aeterna region will be deleted.
  
• Items previously obtainable in Aeterna will no longer be available or usable, including:
  
  • Level achievement rewards
    
  • Crafting and material items from Aeterna
    
  • Mission rewards
    
  • Aeterna-exclusive Monster Collection and Equipment Book rewards
    
  • Consumables and equipment sold at Antana Port
    
  • Exploration Level EXP capsules
    
• During the MAR 4 maintenance, Aeterna-exclusive materials and consumables will be removed.
  
• Achievements that reward creatures, emoticons, and Silver Amplification Grimoire will remain
  

▣ Exceed

• Exceed content will be discontinued, and new content will be introduced in an upcoming Sunken Depths update.
  
• From Saturday, MAR 1, 2025, 09:00 UTC, Exceed will no longer be playable.
  
• The Exceed channel will remain accessible for collecting FEB play rewards.
  
• The Exceed channel will be removed at a later date. Please collect your FEB play rewards before the channel is deleted.
  

▣ Master Kaleido Box

• For Sunken Depths equipment, its rarity will change while maintaining its equipment grade when converted through the Armory or using the Promotion system.
  
• As a result, the four existing Master Kaleido Box types will be merged into one.
  
• On Tuesday, MAR 18, 2025, the Master Kaleido Box sold at NPC Seria’s shop will be updated.
  
• Sales of the current four Master Kaleido Boxes (Rare, Unique, Legendary, and Epic) will be discontinued.
  
• A new Master Kaleido Box will be added as a purchasable item for 20 Kaleido Boxes.
  
• Existing Master Kaleido Boxes will remain usable on equipment up to Lv. 110 and can be refunded through NPC Seria.
  
• A refund tab will be added to NPC Seria’s shop, where refund pots for the four Kaleido Box types will be available.
  

▣ Transcendent Stone

• Due to the Sunken Depths equipment system changes, the existing Transcendent Stone and One-Shot Transcendent Stone for equipment will be adjusted as follows:
  
  • Both stones will be limited to use on equipment up to Lv. 110.
    
  • On Tuesday, MAR 4, 2025, equipment Transcendent Stone sales will be discontinued in the CERA Shop.
    
  • Details on the new Sunken Depths equipment Transcendent system will be announced in a future update notice.
    

▣ Codename: Gaebolg

• The Codename: Gaebolg content will be removed with the Sunken Depths update.
  
• On Tuesday, MAR 18, 2025, the Codename: Gaebolg channel will be deleted, and gameplay will no longer be possible.
  
• Resources related to Insignia upgrade and reinforcement will be transferred to the new Sunken Depths dungeons.
  
• Monster Fragments used in the Codename: Gaebolg Monster Collection will no longer be obtainable.
  
• Players who wish to claim Codename: Gaebolg Monster Collection rewards should do so before MAR 18.
  

▣ Noblesse Code

• The Noblesse Code content will be removed with the Sunken Depths update.
  
• On Tuesday, MAR 18, 2025, the Noblesse Code channel will be deleted, and gameplay will no longer be possible.
  
• Noblesse Code entry tickets will become unusable.
  
• Players who wish to use their Noblesse Code entry tickets must do so before MAR 18.
  

▣ Arad Adventure

• The Arad Adventure content within the Explorer Club will be removed with the Sunken Depths update.
  
• All Adventure Rubies and Mercenary Recruitment Tickets purchased from the CERA Shop and Mileage Shop will be extracted and compensated with Remy’s Shining Touch.
  
• Each purchased Adventure Ruby or Mercenary Recruitment Ticket will be exchanged for 1 Remy’s Shining Touch.
  
• Adventure Rubies obtained through gameplay will not be compensated.
  
• All purchased Adventure Rubies and Mercenary Recruitment Tickets will be exchanged regardless of whether they were used.
  
• The exact compensation schedule will be announced in a future notice.
  

▣ White Ocean Coin Shop / Records of Shining Adventure Shop

Greetings Adventurers,

EXTREME Promotion Season 3 [WEB STORE] event will end on the MAR 18 maintenance.
Please make sure to receive and use all related items before the maintenance.
