Please take note of the following confirmed issues.

▣ Issues
- An issue where the game would crash for some characters that used the Starter Boost Capsule when starting combat simulation. when playing as specific characters.
- An issue where the menu would not pop-up when clicking on names in the chat window.
- An issue where text for a pop-up would not be shown when combining upgraded Cards.
- An issue where the webpage link for the Honey Time in Sunken Depths event would not work properly.
※ These issues will be fixed shortly through a client patch.

- An issue where the text for Conversion would overflow in the Skill Window.
- An issue where Neo Premium Plus Contract (3 Days) purchased from the CERA Shop with Gold previous to the MAR 18 update could not be activated.
※ These issues will be fixed during the APR 1 maintenance.

Added on MAR 19
- An issue where the color palette for Dye previews in the CERA Shop was not being shown properly.
※ This issue is currently under investigation. A notice regarding a fix will be posted shortly.

Added at 03:00, MAR 19
- An issue where the "See Rates" function in the Auction Hall would not produce any results.
- An issue where some Costumes would not be able to be registered in the Skin Storage.
※  These issues will be fixed during the APR 1 maintenance.

- An issue where pop-up window text would be shown abnormally when creating Weapon Shapes with Weapons that were enhanced (Reinforcement, Enchants, etc).
- An issue where tooltip text was shown incorrectly for the Phantom City Platinum Title Selection Box.
※  These issues will be fixed through a client patch.

- An issue where the CERA Shop's Phantom City Package would cause the game to crash when viewing certain information.
※  This issue is currently under investigation.

- An issue where the deletion time for the Sunken Depths Pre-Registration Gift Box's rewards were shown as APR 1, 06:00 UTC.
※  This issue will not be fixed as it will not affect your ability to use or obtain it as the time shown will be during the APR 1 maintenance.

Added at 09:32, MAR 24
- An issue Heroes of Ethos Cow's Shoulder Guard would be shown abnormally when equipped.
- An issue where typing "A" in some confirmation notifications would cause all equipment to be selected.
- An issue where Shuske Tears set would show its name abnormally.
- An issue where some item names and descriptions would be shown abnormally.
- An issue where the Equipment Simulator would not work properly when equipped with the Lightbringer - Obstruction Talisman.
※  These issues will be fixed during the APR 1 maintenance.

- An issue where the "A Past Promise" issue would cause the client to crash.
※  This issue will not be able to be cleared until the APR 1 maintenance.
※ For Adventurers that have already cleared the quest, the quest reward will be sent separately. We will notify you of when the reward will be sent through a separate notice.

- An issue where the "One Who Broke the Taboo" quest could not be cleared.
※  If you are encountering this issue, please send us a ticket for use to fix your issue.

< Changes/Fixes >
- Fixed an issue where the Male Priest Pink Sprinkles Doughnut Avatar was incorrectly displayed.
- Fixed an issue where the Adventurer Fame of the DFO Park Snack Weapon Avatar for Female Fighter was incorrectly applied.
- Fixed an issue in the CERA Shop where certain Avatar preview functions were not displayed properly.
- Fixed an issue where abnormal event quests were displayed in certain levels.
- The Avatar "type" text format will be standardized (e.g. [Type A]).
- The abilities of the DFO Newbie Title, DFO Newbie DPS Creature, DFO Newbie Aura of the Starter Packages will be changed.
- The Sunken Depths preview quest will be deleted.
- Fixed some minor text issues.

Please be informed of the following details regarding the reset of character/Explorer Club names for accounts with long-term inactivity.


▣ Reset Subjects

• Explore Club: Explorer Club names of accounts with no character logins since 09:00, JAN 1, 2023 UTC.
  
• Character: Character names of characters that have no logins since 09:00, JAN 1, 2023 UTC.
  

※ For Explorer Club names, those which have had their character enter Seria's Room will not be subject to the reset.
※ For character names, those who have entered Seria's Room will not be subject to the reset. (However, each individual character must enter to Seria's Room to be excluded from the reset.)

▣ Reset Schedule - Name securing period: Notices regarding Explorer Club and character login for names subject to being reset will be given via our homepage and within the game after the MAR 18, 2025 maintanence until before the APR 15, 2025 UTC maintenance.
- Reset: Explorer Club and character names subject to the reset will be reset during the APR 15, 2025 UTC maintenance.

Explorer Club/Character Renaming Ticket will be issued to all accounts that participate in an event that will be available after the APR 15 maintenance. (Regardless of reset status)
• Names that have been reset can be created/changed starting at 01:00, APR 16, 2025 UTC.
  

※ A webpage through which you can search names that are scheduled to be reset will be available starting on MAR 18.
※ Accounts and characters whose names have been reset will be able to use a new name upon their first login after the APR 15 maintenance.

Additionally, character names will now be able to have special symbol characters included in them upon creation.

• Currently, Character Rename Tickets already allow the use of these characters when creating character names.
  
• However, special symbol characters cannot be used in character names when creating new characters currently.
  
• This discrepancy will be fixed so character names can include special symbol characters upon character creation during the APR 15 maintenance.
