Notice Regarding Silver/Super Amplification Grimoire

Greetings Adventurers,
We would like to inform you of the following issue.


We have confirmed that the Silver Amplification Grimoire and Super Amplification Grimoire items obtained from the January (DEC 31, 2024 - FEB 4, 2025) Mystical Arcane Box are currently unable to be used.

Accounts in possession of these items up till the FEB 11 maintenance will receive new ones during the maintenance.

- Fixed an issue where the Niagu in Clouds Costume[Permanent] of the Niagu's Cloud Hunting Adventure event was consumed.
- Fixed an issue where theanimations of the "Complete the Snow Mage Photo Album" legendary cards were not played.
- Fixed an issue where the Female Gunner's Western Lady's Hair B~D type was abnormally displayed.
- Fixed an issue where the Female Gunner's Infernal Long Hair's color was abnormally displayed.
- Fixed an issue wehre the Mu , God of Mist Raid Group Member List Skin was not applied.
- Fixed some minor text issues.

Notice Regarding Disconnection Issue on JAN 9 *UPDATED*

Greetings Adventurers,

Ever since the disconnection issues on JAN 9, we understand that there have been issues with purchasing or selling items through the Auction Hall.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this belated notice as we  strove to thoroughly investigate the issue before taking appropriate measures .

We have identified and fixed the issues related to the abnormalities of the Auction Hall,and it is now functioning as intended.

We will address all items that were sold in the Auction Hall or registered but not sold, ensuring that players receive proper sales proceeds and expired items accordingly.

We will take action to process these items as quickly as possible and notify you once everything is complete.

However, identifying cases where an item was purchased from the Auction Hall but not received is a more complex issue.
As such, if you have experienced this issue, we kindly ask that you notify us by sending us a ticket.
Upon confirmation, we will ensure that the purchased item is properly delivered.

The issue (excluding cases where an item was purchased from the Auction Hall but was not received) has been fixed.
Please check your mailbox to receive items related to the issue.
If you cannot see your items in your mailbox, please proceed with the following steps.
  1. Change channel
  2. Exit to the character selection screen, then enter the game again
  3. Check your mailbox for new mail
