Dear DFO Adventurers,

We have released a client patch to fix the following issues.

1. Fixed an issue where some option tooltips for Blue Pirate Earrings were shown incorrectly.
2. Fixed an issue where text for some DFO Daily Missions was not visible.
3. Fixed an issue with some Weapon Avatars for Male Slayer being displayed abnormally.
4. Fixed an issue where screenshots for the sharpen font guide UI were switched.
5. Fixed some minor text issues.

Please restart your client to apply the changes.

Greetings, DFO Adventurers,

We have confirmed an issue where rewards for the Twitch Drops Event were not sent to the in-game Mailbox after sending the rewards from the event page.

Due to this issue, we will be sending the corresponding rewards to each participant via the in-game Mailbox during the MAR 5 maintenance.

Please be informed of the following updates/changes regarding our Recovery Support Policy which will be effective as of the FEB 20, 2024 update.


1. Users will now be eligible for up to 5 recoveries per year per account.  - Previously: One recovery per account
(Yearly cycle will be based on the date of an account's first recovery request)

2. Recovery will only be available for requests made within the following time period. - Items: Within 3 days of the time of incident.
- Character Deletion: Within 25 days of the time of character deletion.

3. Support will now be available for the following cases.

• Custom Option transfer
• Option growth
• Enchants - Enchants will now be restored to recovered items where possible

Please note that although we will strive to provide as much assistance in as various cases as possible, recovery may still be limited in some cases.

The following limitations may be applied when applying for recovery.

• Some aspects of items may not be recovered if they include probability-based features 
  
• (e.g. Reinforcement, amplification, etc.)
  
• Recovery requests made for mistakes that occurred in spite of system safety measures may be denied. (e.g. Typing in confirmation text.)
  
• Materials/resulting items from the incident must be in possession in order for recovery to be processed (e.g. Character must possess the corresponding amount of Epic Souls to be deleted in order for equipment to be recovered after a disassemblement mistake.)
  
• Consumable/materials used during the process of a mistake may not be returned upon item recovery.
  
• Restrictions to items issued may be added (e.g. Tradable items may be recovered as account-bound/untradable
  

As we offer recovery support on a case-by-case basis, please send us a ticket and our support team will let you know if we can assist you in any way possible if you're unsure as to whether your case is eligible for recovery.

- Fixed an issue where the color of the bottom parts of the 6th Rare Avatar Type C and D of the Fighter(F) was abnormally displayed.
- The following items will be removed from the CERA shop:

- Toy of Sparkling World will be removed from Security Keeper’s Gift Box.

Use the Unweave Avatar tab, to create Thick Yarn for the remaining Mysterious Sewing Machine on your inventory.

The Unweave Avatar Tab will be activated until the maintenance on FEB 20, 2024 UTC and will not be available after the maintenance.


Please note that after the maintenance on FEB 20, 2024 UTC and we will not provide additional support for the remaining Mysterious Sewing Machine and Thick Yarn.
