As mentioned in our previous notice, although the standard procedure for abusing event features would be to enforce account bans, we acknowledge that some of the fault lay in the design and execution of the DFO Hero Academy event, and thus with ourselves. Accordingly, we would like to inform you of the following measures that will be implemented.

1. The following items/materials will be reissued for Adventurers whose weapons were deleted.

- Immaterial Essence: If your weapon imbued with Immaterial Essence was deleted, please send a ticket before the JUL 13 maintenance with details regarding your weapon. Submit a ticket: https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING ADDITIONAL TICKETS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT ONE REGARDING THE SAME MATTER PRIOR TO THIS NOTICE. TICKETS WILL BE REVIEWED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE SUBMITTED.

- Epic Souls: 70% of all Epic Souls used to Transcend weapons that were deleted will be reissued on the JUL 13 maintenance.

2. As an apology for the frustration and emergency maintenance caused by the ambiguity of the DFO Hero Academy event design, as well as reimbursement for deleted Magic Enchants, we will be distributing high-grade Weapon Magic Beads to all users as an extra event reward in the near future. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this compensation.

3. Please note that the following items/materials will NOT be reissued

- Additional Reinforcement levels
- Kaleido Boxes
- Gold
- Deleted characters

4. Adventurers who have been found to have exploited the event will be blacklisted. Blacklisted users will face more severe sanctions if found to have abused/exploited the game in any way again in the future.

We would like to inform you of the following measures regarding abuse of the "Altimate Power Leveling 3.0 - DFO Hero Academy" event.

1. Although the standard procedure for abusing event features would be to enforce account bans, the illicit items obtained through the event have been confiscated and event rewards reissued.

2. Accounts that have utilized multiple characters to Transcend multiple +12 Reinforced, +8 Refined Weapons will be issued the original event reward Weapon Box once per account. Such users must send us a ticket at https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the IGN of the character they wish to receive the reward with. Details regarding when the reward will be reissued to these accounts will be posted in the near future.

3. We will continue monitoring the situation, and will take reasonable action to ensure fairness in cases where items were issued/received unfairly.

4. Players who have selected/created Event Characters prior to the JUN 30 emergency maintenance and wish to reselect their Event Character can send us a ticket at https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to have their current Event Character deleted during the JUL 13 maintenance, thus allowing the reselection of another Event Character. However, reward items that have been obtained must be intact and in the character's possession. Accounts with event rewards that have been altered (Inherited, Transcended) will not be eligible to have their Event Character deleted.

Greetings Adventurers,

We would like to inform you of the following issue regarding the "Altimate Power Leveling 3.0 - DFO Hero Academy" event.

We have confirmed a bug where Event Characters can be selected then erased indefinitely. This bug has also been confirmed to have been used as a way to obtain high-level Reinforcements through the event reward's +12 Reinforced, +8 Refined Lv. 100 Epic Weapon.

As this was not an intended feature, we would like to inform you that we will be performing an emergency maintenance during which high-Reinforcement weapons confirmed to have been obtained by abusing this method will be deleted. Please note that +12 Reinforced, +8 Refined Lv. 100 Epic Weapons will reissued for such users.

Further information regarding the emergency maintenance will be posted shortly.

Please note that Inheriting abused Weapons will not be exempt from being tracked.
