Greetings DFO adventurers,

We would like to inform you about the following changes to our DFO Store Privilege system.


We will be adding Black Diamond, a new Privilege, to the DFO Store Privilege system. Black Diamond Privilege will be applied to Adventurers who had initially achieved the highest billing grade status prior to the NOV 17 changes. Applicable adventurers will be able to check the changes in the “My Store” page within the DFO Web Store on NOV 24.

Details regarding the benefits of Black Diamond Privilege are as follows.



Once Black Diamond Privilege has been attained, it will not be downgraded, and will be your permanent DFO Store Privilege.

Adventurers will be able to reach the Black Diamond status by attaining Diamond Privilege a total of 10 times.

Dear DFO adventurers,

We have released a client patch to fix the following issues.


1. Fixed an issue where Male Neo: Awakened Fighters with certain skills would disconnect from the game when playing the Monster Colosseum minigame.

2. Fixed an issue where skill cooldowns were not being applied properly for Monks.

3. Fixed an issue where players would disconnect from the game while proceeding with the Neo: Monk Awakening Quest.

4. Fixed an issue where Advent of Apostles Weapon Avatars for Agents were visible only as Normal Potency regardless of actual Potency.

Please restart your client to apply the changes.

Click on the [Select Event Character] button at the bottom of the Character Select screen to open the event window.


Event Characters can be created anew or selected from existing characters that are below Lv. 15.


The selected character can receive level-up rewards provided until Lv. 100 and Special Mission rewards provided starting from Lv. 96.

Special Missions Starting From Lv. 96[/h3]

Special Missions will be added when Event Character achieves Lv. 96. You can obtain a Special Mission Certificate through special missions.

All Adventurers will get one more chance to select their Event Character at 09:00, Dec 15, 2020 UTC.
In this case, originally selected Event Characters will be changed back to normal characters.

Additionally, the original system of automatically restricting accounts that registered to DFO through Steam will be removed.
Automatic login and purchase restrictions will no longer be placed on accounts that register through Steam, and any remaining restrictions on existing Steam account users due to the same reason will also be removed.

If you continue experiencing login or purchase restrictions while using a Steam account after the NOV 17 maintenance, please send us a 1:1 inquiry ticket.

[h3]Introduction of DFO Store Privilege[/h3]
We would like to inform you of the new DFO Store Privilege system that will be presented along with the DFO Web Store. The DFO Store Privilege system will allocate an Adventurer's Privilege based on their CERA and item purchase history. CERA payment limit and access to stores (CERA shop or the DFO Web Store) will differ depending on your Privilege level.


You can check your current Privilege status as well as qualifications for each Privilege within the My Privilege menu located in the DFO Web Store.

We have confirmed that some Adventurers have purchased items through the DFO Web Store that was made visible to the public during NOV 13 to NOV 15. We would like to inform you that this was not intentional, and that the DFO Web Store is now once again inaccessible.

Please note that any items purchased during the period mentioned above will remain in your DFO Web Store Inbox page. Adventurers will be able to be send these items to their characters when the DFO Web Store is fully released after the maintenance on NOV 17 UTC.
