We would like to inform you of the following compensation regarding the issue of the VIP Premium Contract's bonus reward from The Oculus: The Sanctum of Resurrection (Normal Mode) being issued incorrectly.


- Characters under the effect of VIP Premium Contract who have cleared The Oculus: The Sanctum of Resurrection (Normal Mode) at least once and have received the incorrect amount of bonus rewards.


- 4 x the number of instances of receiving bonus rewards.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed on the next JUL 7 maintenance. Compensation will also be issued on the same date.

We have released a client patch to fix the following issues.

1. Neo: Awakened Slayer (M) images not being displayed properly in the Ranks section of the Guild window.
2. Guide of Wisdom Simulator permanent upgrades being reset upon logout/login.
3. Elementalist's Accessory items being equipped in the wrong slots in the Guide of Wisdom Simulator.
4. Berserker's skills (Gore Cross, Bloodlust) not being cancelled by auto-attacks properly.

- Fixed an issue regarding engraving/inheriting with Product of Wisdoms dropped from Qlipha’s Realm. Bugged Product of Wisdoms will be deleted and replaced with the original Product of Wisdom and according Reinforcement or Amplification Ticket.
- "Life in Arad” event rewards will be issued based on event Expertise level as the event ends.
*Rewards will be issued to players who achieve Expertise 8 / Expertise 9 before the event ends on the JUN 9 maintenance.
