If you were affected by this issue, please submit a ticket through https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  with a screenshot showing the entire game screen and we will send you the missing reward.
This issue will be fixed on the next maintenance.

- We are currently investigating the issue with following damage font boxes being bugged.
The issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

Male Gunner Font Box applies Female Gunner Font.
Female Gunner Font Box applies Male Mage Font.
Demonc Lancer Font Box applies Knight Font.
Agent Font applies Box Demonic Lancer.
