Greetings Adventurers,

We would like to inform you of the following regarding the issue of Asrahan: Mu, God of Mist Raid not being available on OCT 13.

We are aware that due to this technical issue, some Adventurers decided to clear Asrahan: Curtains of Mu as it was not made clear if Asrahan: Mu, God of Mist Raid would be available again before the weekly reset. This resulted in these Adventurers missing out on God of Mist Raid rewards.
To offer compensation for this issue and any inconveniences caused, we will be accepting tickets and providing compensation for Adventurer characters that meet all the following criteria.

1. Had at least 58,087 or higher Fame at 09:00, OCT 13 UTC.
   
2. Cleared Asrahan: Curtains of Mu Hard Mode on OCT 13 between 09:00 UTC and when Asrahan: Mu, God of Mist was re-opened.
   
3. Cleared Asrahan: Mu, God of Mist Raid between OCT 17, 09:00 until when the God of Mist Raid channel closes for this week.
   

If you meet all the criteria above, please send us a ticket until 09:00, OCT 24 UTC for us to confirm your request and send you our compensation item during the NOV 5 maintenance.
When sending in a ticket, please make sure to have the following information included in your request.

1. List of character names that meet the criteria above.
   
2. Date/time of God of Mist Raid clear
   

Upon confirming your ticket, we will send a box containing the following rewards that would have been missed out on due to clearing Curtains of Mu (Hard Mode) instead of God of Mist Raid to each character's mailbox accordingly.

• Dim Floating Stone x10
  
• Meteoria x32
  
• Tales of Bravery – Asrahan x1
  
• Five Element Flow x10
  
• Boundary Fragment  x18
  
• Stable Boundary Fragment x3
  

The box will also have a set chance to yield 1 Engraved Memory Shard at the same rate they can be obtained as Raid clear rewards.

- Fixed an issue where the description for "The More Entries the Merrier!" event's weekly mission clear condition was shown incorrectly.
