Greeting DFO Adventurers,

Below are the known issues after the maintenance on JUL 25.


1. We have confirmed an issue where combining Torso Avatars with Bind Cubes will sometimes result in a 7th Generation Rare Face Avatar.
Please note that Bind Cubes and Master Bind Cubes will be unable to be used while the issue is being investigated.

2. We have confirmed an issue where Traveler Weapons are missing from Fixed Epic Equipment Selection Boxes for Advanced Dungeons from the Archer Welcome Party event shop.

3. We have confirmed an issue where the Archer Avatars from the [Monthly] Clone Avatar Box available in the CERA Shop cannot be combined or sundered.
The [Monthly] Clone Avatar Box item will be fixed on the AUG 8 update to provide Archer Avatars that can be combined and sundered, but Avatars obtained before the AUG 8 update will not be have their types changed.
We will be updating users who have obtained such Avatars on compensation soon.


We will be updating you soon on fixes for these issues.

Greeting DFO Adventurers,

We have confirmed an issue where the Mileage Shop was prematurely inaccessible before the JUL 25 maintenance.
This was not an intended feature, and thus the following action will be taken. 

Mileage will not be reset during this maintenance.

Adventurers who were unable to use their remaining Mileage will be able to use their Mileage until the next Mileage reset. 


Please note that this course of action will only be enacted during this maintenance due to the Mileage Shop issue.

< Changes/Fixes >
- Platinum emblems for the Archer class will be added to the Web Store - DFO Starter Package.
- Bind Cubes can be used to acquire Archer class avatars. The obtainable item will be changed from 6th Rare Avatar to the 7th Rare Avatar.
- The Neo Premium Contract Plus UI image will be changed.
- The Neo Premium Coin image will be changed upon acquiring the premium benefits.
- Archer will be added to the Avatar Market according to the addition of Archer class and advancements.
- The in-game character's advancement/awakening introduction videos will be changed.
- The Archer class will be added in the Steam achievements.
- Fixed some minor issues.

We have confirmed an issue where a Run Error occurs upon running the game through Steam.
We are currently investigating the issue and will be updating you on the status of this error as soon as possible.

Please note that we have also confirmed that reinstalling the game will NOT solve the issue contrary to what is stated in the Run Error. We ask for your patience while we work on a proper fix.

The issue has now been fixed. Please download the latest update to fix this issue.
