Changes and fixes in Update 10.10

- Increased the basic movement speed of all mounts.
- Reduced the movement speed of some monsters.
- Increased block chance for characters in light armor.
- Reduced the time of use of bandages from 2 to 0.5 seconds.
- The "Bleeding" effect reduced damage from 5 to 4.
- At abilities "Pounce" and "Charge" removed dodge ignore.

- Now when crafting some recipes, intelligence 10 and above is required.
- To repair items of quality 145 and higher, 12 intelligence is required. You can also repair an item with a repair kit or scroll, without any restrictions.
- Thozorium and Crystal arrows are added to craft.
- New currencies have been added to the auction: Thozorium ingots, Coal, Clay, Feathers, Apples.
- Improved auction interface. Fixed a bug with the display of some items.
- Guilds increased the maximum number of players from 15 to 20.

- Reduced the critical damage of the Barghest and the chance to slow down the player.
- Wodwose Fencer has a reduced chance to apply bleeding.

- Small changes in rewards in treasures and godsends, as well as in the Corrupted Lands and Ritual.
- Additionally added Pandora's Box as a reward (temporarily):
- In Treasure, a little chance
- In the Ritual Circle, a good chance
- In the Royal Treasures, a 100% chance

- Fixed names and descriptions of some items.

New in 10.10

New mechanics and changes in current:

- A new system of interaction between items. Now, some items (repair kits, weapons poisons, etc.) can be dragged onto others to change or improve it. The description of such items will additionally indicate what can be done with them.
- New effects "Curses". There are curses in the game, this is a separate type of negative effects that constantly affect the player. You can remove it only with a purgation scroll, also, special altars will soon be added to the game, which will also remove curses and will be located throughout the map.
- New effects of poisons. There are several new effects of poison that affect the player in different ways. Now any kind of poison can be removed by antidote.
- Reworked system of bandages and removal of negative effects. Now, to remove the bleeding or poisoning you need some time to use the item.
- Added guards at the iron mines, now you can’t just pick up the iron ore from the mine. Also, now when you raise ore from the mine, your stamina is spent.
- Changed the parameters and behavior of monsters. Be careful, some monsters become more difficult!
- The ritual circle now appears only on Disputable Lands, the appearance time is increased to 12 hours. Also at one of the stages, the composition of the guard was changed.
- Guards of the Royal Treasure has been changed. Also, now when you digging a treasure, your stamina is spent.
- In all treasure hunts, the composition of the guard changed. When digging a treasure, more stamina is now spent.

Changes in skills and bonuses:

- For all crushing weapons reduced the Ignore armor bonus from 40% to 30%.
- Now the Shield Block completely prevents all damage, unless the weapon does not have Shield Ignore bonus.
- For crushing weapons added a new bonus Shield Ignore. When a shield block is triggered, part of the damage will still apply to the enemy.
- Changed bonus Chance to block arrows, now with a block of arrows, this bonus is added to the total chance of a block.
- Reduced skills bonus armor for Light Armor and Heavy Armor. Skills bonuses will be completely reworked in the future.
- Reduced block chance with a shield if the character is wearing light armor.
- Reduced the overall speed of movement of the character by 10%.
- Reduced the recovery of health from the effect Rest from 5 to 2, but sitting, health is restored as quickly as before.

New items, buildings and objects on the map:

- Added Repair kits, with which you can partially repair one item. You can find them in godsends, treasures and from the corpses of some monsters.
- Added Flasks with poison, with it you can apply poison on a weapon. The duration of the poison on a weapon is limited to charges. You can find Flasks in the treasures. At the moment there are 3 types of flasks with poison, but in the future, there will be much more.
- Added items to improve the characteristics of equipment and weapons, you can find it in treasures. Improvement gives a permanent bonus. Only one improvement can be applied to each item at a time. When using different improvements on one item, the old improvement will be deleted. This is an experimental version of the new system. If the players like it, in the future many new improvements will be added, as well as the possibility to create it with high Craft skill and intelligence.
- Added a legendary cursed weapon that can cast a curse when dealing damage to its target. Important! The owner of the cursed weapon also gets a curse when he takes it in his hands. All cursed items will be found in the Corrupted Lands from loot of different monsters.
- Added new improved buildings and stoves. For their construction requires rare construction drawings, you can find them in the Royal treasures. Total added 8 new buildings.
- Added books of experience for certain skills. When used, adds X experience for the specified skill. It can be found in treasures.
- Added new types of arrows: Cursed arrows, Poison arrows, Arrows with a sharp tip, Arrows with a thozorium tip. It can be found in treasures.
- Added sets of rusty iron and steel armor, which are suitable only for remelting in a furnace. It can be found in various godsends.
- Added new items to remove the negative effects: Antidote, Laxative, Scroll of ritual purification. It can be found in various godsends and treasures.
- Added a new type of godsends - Bloodied Corpse, you can find valuable things in it.

Changes in items, buildings and objects on the map:

- Reduced the copper bucket bonus of the resources received from 7 to 5.
- All wooden shields have the chance of a block of arrows changed and the total chance of a block is lowered.
- Added the chance of a block of arrows to a simple wooden shield and increased Durability from 525 to 750.
- Crystal club, steel and thozorium pickaxes now have bonus Shield Ignore (when a shield block is triggered, part of the damage will still apply to the enemy).
- Increased produced iron ore from untreated ore from 8 to 10.
- Increased the bonus effect Bretzel from 10 to 20%.
- Increased the bonus effect Venison Steak from 10 to 20%.
- Increased the amount of "Mulled Wine" when crafting from 1 to 2.
- Reduced stamina recovery from Strong Liqueur effect from 5 to 3.
- Godsends are now divided into 3 types: broken cart, old corpse, a godsend. Each of them will have its own type of loot, for example, in a broken cart, it will most often be possible to find some resources and materials.
- To all Crystal Weapons added a new bonus Additional damage to durability. Now using this type of weapon can be much faster to break the equipment of the enemy.
- Slightly reduced the additional damage at all arrows. Some arrows got new bonuses.
- Completely changed the reward in all types of treasures.
- Completely changed the reward in the Royal treasure.
- Completely changed the reward for the Ritual Circle event.

Errors and bugs:

- Fixed a bug with several scrolls to improve characteristics - the timer did not work correctly.
- Fixed a bug when a character sitting started to get up while eating.
- Fixed a bug due to which the "Equipment Repair Scroll" did not repair items with 0 durability.
- Fixed a bug with perk "Restores health at critical damage."
- Fixed a bug with getting fractional damage by players.

Recently, players are more likely to discuss certain topics and lead debates, and we want to answer them and give our official position.

1. Do developers play Wild Terra and take advantage?


Some of the developers really play. This helps us to better understand what needs to be added or changed, to be aware of what is happening in the game. However, we follow a number of rules:
  • we are not members of any of the guilds;
  • we do not take part in battles for castles and other activities;
  • we do not use our opportunities to benefit in the game.


2. Who are the inquisitors? Do we have friends in the game that we help?


Inquisitors are moderators. Active players who helped to monitor the order and adequacy in the discussions. We chose several of these players and gave them rights to regulate discipline in the chat and the game.
We support only fair play. None of the players receives from our resources and other in-game items (exception: translators and other activists, whose rewards can include a mount or gold), indulgences, hidden information, and other things. The rules are the same for all players.

3. Cheaters. Why do some of them get banned and others not?


When we receive a message about a cheater (from the players, or from our system), our specialists check all the information using the available internal data. It often turns out that the “cheater” uses only permitted techniques (for example, the effect of an increase in speed from food that adds up to a fast mount can be visually similar to a speedhack). If the full verification confirms the use of unauthorized actions, the player receives a ban (regardless of whether he is a moderator, a translator or any other player).

4. Does the game turn into pay-to-win?


We are closely monitoring that the game remains as fair as possible for everyone. This is one of our main principles and it will remain unchanged. Buying something in the in-game store, you provide additional support to the project, thanks to which we can regularly release updates and pay for server work. This is the main purpose of the store - if you like the game, you can additionally support the project in this way.
We carefully think about what can be added to the store. We follow the following rules:
  • Do not sell anything that can affect the balance in PvP. Just a fair fight.
  • Sell ​​something that can save time, or make the game a little more comfortable.
  • Sell ​​decorative and status items.
  • Retain the possibility of obtaining analogs sold things in a game way.
