SideFX is proud to announce the HOULY Daily Challenge where Houdini artists can compete for cool prizes by creating a new image or animation everyday during the month of July. Each week has a theme and each day has a topic to help inspire you on your journey.

You can access different Houdini Indie production builds and daily builds on Steam by following these steps:

-Right click on Houdini Indie in your Steam library
-Select Properties
-Select the Betas tab
-Choose the Houdini daily build or production build you want to use from the betas list.
(Select "None - Opt out of all beta programs" to use the most current production build)

The Houdini Indie production build on Steam has been updated to version 18.0.460.

SideFX is bringing the GDC Houdini HIVE presentations online on March 25-27 via Youtube. The first two days will be filled with educational and inspiring presentations by both SideFX technical experts and industry professionals. On Friday, we'll be live-playing games that were Made with Houdini!
