New In-Game Feature: Weapon Credits
Greetings officers,
Here's a quick announcement on the new Weapon Credits System that will be introduced into the game very soon.
Weapon Credits are a separate resource from the existing pool (Money, Energy and Ammo) and will be used by officers to purchase weapons and upgrades from the Armory/MULE. With the introduction of Weapon Credits, both FPS players and RTS players will have more freedom is choosing how to play in their own style without restricting each other.
The new Weapon Credits is represented with a gun icon and cash symbol.
Each officer will have their own pool of weapon credits, so feel free to go on a shopping spree. You won't be denying your friends from getting what they need.
Weapon Credits will generate over time, similar to the other resources. To generate credits faster, officers will need to capture and hold resource points. The more resource points you control, the more credits you'll get per second. This is ONLY with resource points, Victory Points do not count.

There is a limit however, each officer can only hold up to 2000 Weapon Credits. In keeping the game balanced, lower tier weapons and upgrades are priced appropriately for quick access, and higher tiered ones will be more expensive. So waiting to buy an expensive gun right away, may not be the best idea as the enemy can overwhelm you really quickly with cheaper guns.

Bear in mind that this feature is still in it's final testing phase, so expect some changes to happen as we get closer to it's public release and throughout it's use. We welcome both new players and veterans to give this a try and let us know what you think in our Discord channel:
