[Hotfix]
- Fixed Base Announcer not announcing warnings when base is damaged
- Fixed AXR AI assigning units to AI commander
- Fixed Interact button not displaying the correct shortcut key
- Fixed GSF Commander AI placing support structures in illegal areas
- Fixed AXR Power Reactor collision
- Fixed AXR Ironguard's weapon being able to get stuck in a holstering loop
- Fixed AI being able to see through certain buildings
- Fixed GSF QRF helicopter crashing into ground
- Fixed AXR Skirmish AI not building new MULE when MULE dies
- Fixed AXR Phantom Assault not being removed sometimes
- Fixed AXR Orion not regenerating HP when Officer Regeneration tech is chosen

[Skirmish Changes]
- AXR Skirmish AI will now repair vehicles and structures
- GSF Skirmish AI no longer build turret / armory before they have barracks
- Brutal Difficulty AI will gain 50% more resources
- Reverted AI Officer behavior that does not move when head towards targets
(known issue : AI Officer may move into player ordered goal even if it's dangerous)

[Optimisation]
- Optimised visibility system. AI will have improved response time even if there are a lot of units in the field compared to last time.

[Misc.]
- Added gibs destruction for AXR structure transport
- Improved AXR Skirmish AI build order and combat behavior
- Removed AI Officer Hint
- Tweaked GSF mortar particle to make it more visible when it's coming down
