Our friends at Pollard Studio are fellow members of the Wired Publishing Family, and today they announced that their first game, KARMA: The Dark World will officially launch on March 27th 2025, exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PC.

They've celebrated this with an EPIC release date announcement trailer focusing on the stunning visuals, surreal environments and emotionally-charged story inspired by cinema’s finest auteurs with shocking twists at every turn, asking the question "When every shadow hides a secret, who can you trust?"

Karma: the Dark world is a first-person cinematic psychological horror title where players will be investigating the deepest secrets of their suspects’ minds.

Set in an alternate timeline where post-war Germany has fallen into a dystopian state, ruled over by the Leviathan Corporation using mass surveillance and mind bending technology - what starts out as another case for Roam Agent Daniel McGovern, sees him uncover a world of deceit and betrayal, where he begins to doubt everything he knows, including his own identity.



Inspired by the works of visionary creators such as David Lynch (Twin Peaks), Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid, Death Stranding), and Christopher Nolan (Inception, Interstellar), and developed in Unreal Engine 5, they'll have a demo coming out before launch that will let you try out your skills as a ROAM agent yourself - but for now, if you loved the psychological horror and character driven narrative of Martha is Dead, add KARMA : The Dark World to your wishlist now.

KARMA will be available at launch for $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99, with a 10% launch discount on PC, PlayStation and an additional 15% off on Steam for players who own any previous Wired Productions title.

Hey everyone, it's been a moment since we spoke. But we wanted to take a moment to spotlight a demo from one of our friends being published by our Wired Productions Family.

NextFest is an important time for indie studios (We remember our first demo drop during our next fest very fondly!) and we'd love to see fans of Martha take a trip through Karma's dark world...

In the demo, you will step into the shoes of Daniel McGovern, an agent working for Leviathan Corp’s Thought Bureau. Your mission? To perform a mind dive into a suspect and uncover the truth hidden within their psyche. But it’s not just any investigation—what you discover may challenge everything you believe.

Inspired by the mind-bending work of David Lynch’s Twin Peaks and the narrative brilliance of creators like Hideo Kojima, KARMA: THE DARK WORLD blends psychological horror with a deep and personal story. As you explore, you’ll question the world around you: Who do you really work for? How much of your time do you give to your job? And how much of your life does your government control?

While the game carries chilling horror elements, there’s much more lying beneath the surface. The demo offers a first glimpse into this complex narrative, where fear and psychological tension merge with a thought-provoking journey into the darkest corners of the mind.
