Dusk is a great shooter, especially for those of you who want the old-school fast-paced stylings of FPS games like Doom. It remains a modern classic, and now it's dirt cheap as the team releases a free HD update, alongside some great new features, mod support, and a whole lot more. You can even run around Half-Life and Counter-Strike in the game, if you want to.

New Blood Interactive have released a free HD DLC remaster for their reputation-making retro FPS Dusk, almost five years to the day since the original shooter launched on Steam. Honestly, the idea of remastering an alt-history "199X"-style homage to Half-Life and Doom does a number on my sense of time - which multiversal branch are we in now? David Szymanski + New Blood Interactive have released DUSK HD as a free DLC for the retro FPS, but you'll need Proton to play it on Linux Desktop and Steam Deck.
