Hotfix for #DonationAlerts.
Important! Fix player for music request still in work. At the moment, we managed to overcome the html5 error, but due to #DonationAlerts, we had to post an unfinished version, the music request logic was broken now.
Current Issues: Ordering music, renaming for #Youtube, and incorrectly showing streaks for subscribers in the Alert List for #Twitch.
All this in the current work.

► Fixed a vulnerability with the !forceskip command that could cause an error if the Music request is not open.

Hotfix for #Youtube, so as not to fall. They have an internal error that causes a fall.
There are still a few tasks hanging, but I am releasing this version to close the problem with YouTube.
Quite in acute tasks, tweet icons, YouTube subscribers, sharing events by bot and ordering music. This is something that will immediately close now.

► Added 2 new types of alerts Quests and Raids. That is, it is the Alert Designer, daws everywhere in Settings, tests, tapes, etc., in general everywhere.
► #Youtube Re-tweaked, messages should come faster
► #Goodgame Added support for Tasks (new type of alerts). Escaping brackets.
► #Twitch Fixed Raid support (new alert type)
► Bot. Added a general pause for bot presets (a jackdaw in a bot preset and a general time setting on the Advanced tab)
► Autonomous scripts. Added new function NewMessageEx (string site, string name, string text, bool system, Dictionary Params) in Params, contains additional data, for example, user id, whether the user is a moderator, etc.
► Other minor changes

There is a declared error - incorrect display of the icon of the immortal with #GoodGame. Will be corrected later.
In the next update - #Twitch raids, #GoodGame tasks, remaking of the Order of music for correct list output and player operation.

► Alteration of themes. Now the program supports single moderation of messages, relevant for #Youtube and #GoodGame. IMPORTANT FOR DEVELOPERS. To bring design themes in the Workshop, use the message_id parameter for correct moderation, in which the message index is stored, or the user's nickname if there is no message index. Without this change, moderation in old topics will be the same.
► Raffle. Fixed a critical error that could cause the fall of the program.
► #Twitch. Alteration of capture alerts. Now there will be no confusion with raids and sabs.
► #GoodGame. Changing the way icons are displayed, now even if the theme is not connected via a link, they will be displayed correctly. Updated collection of icons.
► #Youtube. Another complete rework. Added support for paid subscriptions and donations. Correct display of icons. In the draw again, you can use the transition to the winner's channel from YouTube.
► Other minor changes

This is not a complete update, I had to release partly for the sake of hotfix twitch. One of these days there will be an update with Tasks for #GoodGame, a very strong #Youtube optimization, changes associated with Ranks (synchronization rollbacks and hangs at the exit from the program). So far, just still at work.

► #Twitch. Reworked re-subscriptions so that they are displayed correctly according to the changes.

► Ranks. The base operation mechanism has been completely redesigned. IMPORTANT! Starting from this version, the scripts that make changes in the database of ranks will not work, since they require modification, specifically, the call to the function RankControl.ListUpdateSQL.Add(ChatterRank cr) is a collection that is constantly monitored and all changes are made to the database.
► Raffle. Added credits to the winner. Added non-strict inequality for rank filter. Added multiplier win chance for paid subscribers.
► Order music. Fixed track reference search. Removed YouTube connection request. Minor fixes
► Ignore list. Added setting Use ignore list for alerts
► New Alert Designer. Transferred to the experimental functionality, refinement and full-fledged will be implemented in the 5th version
► DLC Rename. For VK, the restriction on online broadcasting requirement has been removed. Minor fixes
► Bot. Added a new condition - when the player is online. Other minor changes
► Alerts list. Redoing save mechanism
