Official Announcement from Netgame Development Team
Following an in-depth audit by our SSO development team, we've noted a concerning increase in system misuse by players. Our rigorous monitoring over the past weekend revealed infractions that include:
*Collaboration with cheat-enabled avatars to acquire unauthorized EXP and in-game assets.
*Unauthorized gold transactions on social media platforms.
*Usage of macros for game manipulation.
To maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of our gaming ecosystem, and to protect genuine players from inadvertently acquiring illicit gold, we are updating our management policies. Commencing August 16th, 2023, any acquisition of gold from external third-party sources will be strictly forbidden.
Furthermore, players detected partaking in dubious trading actions or associating with cheat-enabled accounts will be subject to immediate suspension. We'd like to reiterate that Netgame strictly opposes account sharing or trading.
Any ramifications from such behavior lie with the account holder.
For the security of your account and to preserve the integrity of our gaming community, we strongly advise against any form of account sharing or trading. Such actions jeopardize the safety and status of your account.
We trust our community members to uphold the standards that make our game a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Last reminder to those who wish to transfer Facebook to Netgame...
We regret to inform you that due to critical login failure issues experienced by many Facebook
Channeling users since Meta Platforms, Inc. took over Facebook in 2021,
we have decided to terminate our channeling from Facebook as of 2023.06.01.
Despite our developer team's efforts to modify the developer settings in accordance with Meta's guidelines, we have not seen any progress in resolving the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For those who have accounts channeling from Facebook, we ask that you fill out the Data Transfer Agreement Form and submit it via cs.soulsaveronline.com. Once we confirm the availability of data transfer, we will assist in transferring your Facebook account data to Netgame's. The Transfer Agreement Form is due by 2023.05.22, and late applications and missing documents will not be supported.
