The Month of Tournaments

Hello KARDS community!

We are excited to announce that this November will be absolutely packed with tournaments and action for players of all skill levels like we have never seen before!

Without further ado, let's dig in!
The World Championship
The World Championship Swiss Weekends will be on the 7th-8th and 14th-15th of November with featured matches recorded during the weekend uploaded to Youtube during the week. So to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the action, we recommend you subscribe to our KARDS YouTube channel.

On the 21st and 22nd of November we will livestream as we go from 16 competitors down to 4 in a single elimination bracket before the grand finals broadcast on the 5th and 6th of December as the top 4 players in KARDS face off for their share of the $10.000 prize pool!
KARDS Open #3
The World Championship isn’t the only tournament. We also want to make sure those with the competitive itch that aren’t qualified for the later stages of the World Championship have the chance to prove their worth. Therefore we are hosting another Kards Open tournament in collaboration with 983 Media that is open to everyone!

This time around there will be restrictions on how many elites and specials can be in each deck to make the tournament more approachable for newer players.

KARDS Open #3 will feature a $1000 prize pool as well as in game rewards for those that participate and advance to the later stages of the tournament.

KARDS Open #3 will take place in the later part of November, stay tuned for more information!
Officer Club Championship
Now you might think that with all the tournaments going on in November we might skip the Officer Club Championship. Far from it! We are committed to maintaining this competitive staple for November as well, making sure the ladder grind has an exciting endpoint!

To accommodate all the other tournaments and broadcasts, this months’ OCC will be held on the 17th and 18th of November instead of one of the weekends. Apart from a slight change in the broadcast format to accommodate the new broadcast dates, players can expect things to work the same this OCC as it has in the past.

We are looking forward to the biggest competitive month of KARDS so far and hope to see you with us on the journey!

This unique bundle gives you 5 card packs, an additional guaranteed USA Elite card, and, as a bonus, the revered Easy Company card back.

This bundle is only available during the Halloween period.
Historical background
Traditionally, Halloween is a night of great mischief from young and old alike.

Wartime Halloween, however, was very different. During the critical period, when all efforts were towards outproducing the enemy and surviving the harsh realities of war with food shortages and rationing of essential goods, Halloween's focus changed.

Some people called the Halloween mischief to be sabotage and treason, helping the axis powers. Treat-or-trick activities were considerably reduced. Evening ringing doorbells to collect candy was not welcome: Government reasoning for this drastic change was that tired factory workers needed all the rest they could get; war efforts should not be disturbed by pranks.

Instead, there was a surge in organized activities, and the movies ran double shifts. Costumes and parades were wildly popular.
KARDS during Halloween
To honor these efforts at the homefront, enjoy playing KARDS on our Halloween battlefield and take advantage of the Easy Company bundle.

As Halloween marks the end of the month, you can additionally benefit from climbing the ranks and reaping the benefits with your seasonal rewards shortly after.

Don’t miss out on this extravaganza from October 29th to November 1st!
