Greetings, NosPlayers!

Summer has arrived and, as every year around this time, we’d like to share with you a new edition of the community update!

During this first half of the year, we have implemented several quality-of-life adjustments, balance adjustments for some specialist cards, merged Cylloan with the international servers (finally!), revived the NosTale subreddit (r/nostale 😉) and launched the Pet Trainer SP, which is undoubtedly the biggest update so far in 2023. However, our roadmap doesn’t end here, and there are still big things coming up until 2024. Want to know more? Then read on!

In addition to the above, one of the more subtle but useful changes we’ve made is the Discord feedback process, which helps us to find out what you as a community really want from the game and get that feedback to the company more quickly. This has allowed us to work on more and better quality-of-life adjustments that we have planned for the coming months.

But these quality-of-life tweaks are not the only ones! Another of your most frequent requests is for balance adjustments to the specialist cards. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm which SPs will be adjusted next, as some SPs will see more significant changes than others, and choosing which ones to go with first will depend on other content we are releasing at the same time. However, we are confident that the next round of balance changes will meet your expectations.

And those tweaks aren’t the only thing we’re bringing back – the Battle Pass is also making a return! In the coming weeks, we will be kicking off a new season, which will be the start of a very busy end of 2023! We also have more Battle Passes planned for the rest of the year, which should cover most of the period from July to December, giving you useful rewards and exclusive items.
One of these Battle Passes will be launched together with a new international server at the end of the summer. This will be a great incentive for those players who want to make a strong start on this new server, in addition to the special events we will be organising to reward the most daring adventurers.

As we have done in the first half of the year, we will continue to improve the rewards of the seasonal events to meet the current needs of our players.. Speaking of events, we would like to highlight the Anniversary event that will take place in October. It will be the biggest event of the year and will be accompanied by a new community contest – after all, how could we not go all out in celebrating NosTale’s 16th birthday!

And what better way to close out this community update than with new content! The fairy system has been intact for a couple of years now, and we’ve had several suggestions for changes to reignite your interest in it, so we thought it was time to show our little fairies some love with an update we’re sure you’ll love. Stay tuned for more updates!

Wow… with everything we’ve just told you, it feels like Christmas has come early! Speaking of which, if you’re on your best behaviour, Santa Claus might bring you a huge present this year...
