How do I transfer my items?
- All your items will be transferred.
- Anything in your family warehouse will be sent via parcels to the family head.
- Anything in your normal warehouse will be sent via parcels to your highest level character.
- Anything in your NosBazaar will be sent via parcels to your highest level character, and that character will also receive any gold from parcels that have already been sold.
- As per default, the merged servers limit the amount of gold you can have to 2,000,000,000. If you are already over this limit before the merge, your gold will be capped at this maximum once you move to the new server. Please contact our Support team if you lose gold due to the merge.
How do I transfer my character?By default, every character will be transferred to Valehir. If, instead, you select a destination server for your characters, they will be transferred there along with all the characters on the same game account.
You can get the transfer items from the Stage 13 BattlePass.
How do I select my destination server?There are 5 different items that allow you to choose your server. Each item represents a different destination server. Until the server closes, you can change your destination server at any time.
Please note that the Jotunheim item is still available, and that if you select this item, you will be transferred to Valehir.
General rules for transferring
- If you do not select a destination server before the original server goes offline, your character will transfer to Valehir automatically.
- All the items in your normal inventory will be transferred.
- Families will not be transferred, but the contents of the family warehouse will be sent via parcels to the family head.
- Your gold will be transferred (including bank).
- Any NosBazaar auctions will be ended and sent to the character via parcels.
- Miniland (NosMates and decorations) and your partner backpack will be transferred.
- Any character progress, such as quests, reputation, skills, tattoos, lifestyle achievements, etc., will also be transferred.
- If another character on the destination server already has your character’s name, you will need to rename your character.
- If you do not have any free character slots on the destination server, your character will be deactivated by default. You can activate it yourself on the website in the usual way.
- Any NosMall items you didn’t collect at the time of transfer can be collected on the destination server (if you bought them from the website).
- Your friends list, marriage, and blacklist will not be transferred.
- Everything from your parcels will be transferred.
Can I change my character name on Summer Oasis?Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, this is not possible. After you create your character you will not be able to change your character’s name, so choose wisely. Note: Using an offensive name may lead to your account being restricted.
