UPDATE 12: PATCH NOTE
NEW MODE : ARMS RACE
The latest mode arrives at Black Squad.
ARMS RACE provides the ladder to climb up from the equal footing. In the new mode, all joining players will follow the same, fixed weapon set, and challenge to reach the target score.
The weapon of each step will be changed by month. And if a condition is met, brand-new skin of the weapon is available at the match: first reach, first served.
The mode is added to Quick Match.
- The goal of this 8v8 match is to reaches 40 kills by a player in a limited time.
- A designated kills will change your equipped weapon.
- A player can equip only the fixed weapon by the designated order. The other weapons cannot be used nor swap to other primary/secondary/melee weapon or grenades. Also it is not possible to pick up a dropped weapon.
- If the score does not reach 40 and the time expires, the team of a higher weapon step wins.
- If the steps tie, the team of more total kills wins.
- When the win is not decided by the conditions above and the total kills of both team tie at the end of the match, an extra time is given. and there is a kill, the win is decided by 'sudden death/golden goal' rules - the team of the kill wins.
- The match becomes a draw if there is no kill still and the extra time expires.
- The player reaching each step of a weapon first will use the latest skin version of the weapon in the match.
- The score shows the most kills by a player of each team, not sum of kills.
- The next weapon and kill count to reach the weapon can be found under the score.
- When you reach the final step of the weapon, it will show the final goal.

Bug Fix
- The issue not to deliver purchased DLC goods has been fixed. If you have not received, the DLC items will be delivered when you access to Black Squad again after the maintenance.
Clan Emblem Event
Clan Emblem Event will be taken place.
- Period: November 5, 2020 ~ November 26, 2020
- There will be the maintenance on November 5 to reset Clan point for the event.
- Clan point before the event will be reset and not count for the event.

Future Development Perspective
Rank up Rewards Update
We planned to implement the renewed rank up rewards, and rewards for the players already achieved a designated level. However, there are critical system issue which made us unsuccessful.
We are striving to fix the issue, and will build the more pleasant way for giveaway soon.
About the competitive factors, We are focusing the basics.
Aiming the competitive and enjoyable playground, we are planning the improvements related to the competitive match - often called as 'ranked' - and clan match. We had discussions inside the team, and the coverage of the topics was wide. The period of the season, teaming-up, matchmaking, the tracking of the background of the introduction of the mode, how each mode is considered by players, and so on. We hope our discussion may bring better and more enjoyable playground to Black Squad users. As a small leap, we are planning regular clan events in the future, starting from the next week. You will find more changes to follow up, and we hope you enjoy.
