The initial MMR Point will be decided as below

All records from Pre-Season will be reset after the update.
Not completing a match for a designated period or more will reduce MMR point.
Surrendered matches will not count up the mission.
Matches of the Special Mission for Competitive Match SEASON 7 will not count after the season end.

Operation Plan for Competitive Match in SEASON 7 against Unfair Activity
[h3]Ban against unfair activity for Competitive Match in SEASON 7 will be enforced as below.[/h3]
- Leaving a match will lead to an immediate penalty.
- Temporary blocking for suspicious cheating users will begin.
- If you repeatedly or intentionally do the following activities, you will receive a temporary or permanent ban from participation in Competitive Matches.
  - Leaving a Match
    If the accumulated number of abandoned matches exceeds a certain number, you will be banned from entering the Competitive Channel and you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during that season.
  - AFK
    If you do not play the game, you will be ejected from the match, and if you are continuously going AFK, you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during a specific time or entire season.
  - Disruptive manner like insulting & Intentionally Losing a Match
    If you play with disruptive manners such as swearing, or intentionally sabotaging, trolling, or not playing properly that leads to consequential damage on your team while benefiting your enemy, you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during that season.
  - Attempt to Dodge MMR Point Decrease
    The decrease by not playing a competitive match is refreshed at the time of a player's log-in. So your MMR Point and tier may be shown different from the real MMR Point when you have not played nor logged in. However, the decreases have been queuing for your log-in. Also at the end of the event, the decrease will be applied even you do not log in. Any claim with abusing of the system display will be deemed as an attempt to gain an unfair advantage, and the related account will be penalized.

The issue has been fixed, and the access to Black Squad has now been normalized.
