Hello, it's NS Studio,

We are aware there are players using unauthorized programs in order to gain unfair advantage, and inform the results of the measures visible by month as a part of our efforts.

We have always taken the actions to gain unfair advantages seriously. When a player is found to use cheats, hacks, bots, or third party soft wares that provides unfair advantages, which seriously harm the other players' game experience and fun, the user will be permanently banned from the game. The progress or results information of a respective ticket or a report is not publicized. However, we keeps on striving to make level playing field and taking the necessary measures.
As a part of our endeavor and the determination against unfair advantage, we disclose the monthly fluctuation of the imposed bans.
※ The 2019 December bans are being counted, so it is excluded from the graph.


We always keep on seeking the ways to stand against the issues. Detailed opinions are carefully heard, and investigations based on the shared feedbacks are being operated. For your competitive game play, we are working to detect cheats and hacks, and welcome your reports.

BLACK SQUAD COMPETITIVE MATCH - SEASON 4 is ending very soon! You only have more few days until the season ends on January 6th. So make sure you get those competitive matches in and rank up to get those juicy end-season rewards!

The submitted tickets to the former support center, support.blacksquad.com, which will stay live till 30th of December, 2019, will be answered there. And we are looking forward to your use of the new support center.
English and Korean support is available, and more languages will be supported soon.
