August in Metin2 will be really hot – grab the loot, get your experience boosts and defeat world bosses for rewards!

The World Boss Event
Defeat world bosses in a neutral zone and receive rewards! Whether it’s Bagjanamu, Polyphemos, Azrael, Dragon Watcher Idall or The Great Ogre – these giants are a challenge to whole legions of courageous players. You can expect Tiger Coins and other valuable items as a reward.

The bosses appear between 8 PM and 10 PM (CEST) on all normal servers where no World Boss Event is already running:

• From 26/7 to 25/8 (ends with the server maintenance)
  

The Book of the Leader
Receive 4x The Book of the Leader+ daily (in the shop):

• From 6/8 to 9/8
  
• From 13/8 to 15/8
  
• From 20/8 to 22/8
  
• From 27/8 to 30/8
  

EXP Boost
Visit NPC Uriel and be treated to a hearty EXP boost. The higher your level, the greater your EXP bonus:

• Level 81 to 100: 50% EXP Boost
  
• Level 101 to 120: 100% EXP Boost
  

The boosts are available in the following periods:

• From 16/8 to 19/8
  
• From 23/8 to 26/8
  

Plentiful Loot
Grab some loot in this event – all boss monsters and Metins provide you special loot! Defeat them and, with a little luck, you can snag some of the following items:

• Red Ebony Box on 7/8
  
• Small Orison on 8/8
  
• Protein Snack on 9/8
  
• Hexagonal Treasure Chest on 27/8
  
• Reinforce Item (b) on 28/8
  
• Yellow Ebony Box on 29/8
  
• Green Dragon Bean on 30/8
  

Now you’re going to need to keep a cool head as Metin2 really turns up the heat! We’ve got our scorching Summer Festival lined up for you.

Duration

• Starts: 15th July 2021 at midnight (CEST)
  
• Drops end: 5th August 2021 at 11:59 PM
  
• Event ends: 6th August 2021 at 11:59 PM
  

Summer Event
Collect Ice Cream Scoops to cool down after raging battles and exchange them for a Noble Black Horse from our cute NPC Summer.

• Characters above level 30 can take part.
  
• Loot Ice Cream Scoops from monsters and exchange them for a variety of rewards from the NPC Summer.
  
• You can receive a Crystal Bowl from Summer once per day.
  
• You can receive exactly one Black Horse during the event. The more Ice Cream Scoops you exchange, the longer the mount’s duration
  
• The Cool Box which Summer offers in exchange for an Ice Cream Cake contains one of many great items such as Magic Iron Ore, Magic Copper Ore, Enchant Item, Pearls, Skill Books and much more!
  

EXP Boost
Visit the NPC Uriel by 25th July and get a proper EXP Boost: the higher your level, the greater the EXP bonus:

• Players level 81 to 100 receive +50% EXP
  
• Players level 101 to 120 receive +100% EXP
  

Please note: your current boost must have expired before you can get a new one.

It’s time to join forces and explore the world together – we’re merging servers and bringing Metin2’s players even closer. Meet new allies and discover fresh rivals!

The server merge will take place on 30th June 2021.


Server Merge
The following servers are being merged:

• Bałtyk + Polyphemos → Polyphemos (Eastern European Cluster)
  
• Sol + Azrael → Azrael (Western European Cluster)
  
• Şems + Dolunay → Bagjanamu (Turkish Cluster)
  

After the merge maintenance, you can decide for yourself when you want to proceed with your merge. As soon as you log in the first time, you’ll automatically be placed in the queue to be merged.

#### Changes to the Servers

Eastern Europe
The Bałtyk server will become a world boss server due to the merge with Polyphemos. Bałtyk players can expect the following changes:

• The Soul Event will be activated after the merge.
  
• The Ritual of Blood event will be deactivated.
  
• More Polyphemos events will be playable.
  
• Battle Royale game mode and the Battle of the Five Shrines event will be activated.
  

Western Europe


The Sol server will become a world boss server due to the merge with Azrael. Sol players can expect the following changes:

• The Weapons for Young Heroes quest will be activated.
  
• The Ritual of Blood event will be deactivated.
  
• The Soul Event will be activated after the merge.
  
• More Azrael events will be playable.
  
• Azrael evening game time will be used.
  
• Battle Royale game mode and the Battle of the Five Shrines event will be activated.
  

Turkey
The Şems and Dolunay servers are being merged and gameplay continued on the Bagjanamu world boss server, so players who have been moved can expect the following changes:

• The Weapons for Young Heroes quest will be activated.
  
• The Ritual of Blood event will be deactivated.
  
• The Soul Event will be activated after the merge.
  
• More Bagjanamu events will be playable.
  
• Battle Royale game mode and the Battle of the Five Shrines event will be activated.
  

Changes to Globetrotter Tickets
One week after the server merge (on 7th July 2021) all Globetrotter Ticket prices will be adjusted.

• 4/7 from midnight until 11:59 PM CEST
  

50% more drops
Look forward to 50% more loot – collect a heap of items on the following days:

• 19/6 from 11 PM until midnight CEST
  
• 8/7 from 5 PM until 10 PM CEST
  
• 9/7 from 5 PM until 10 PM CEST
  
• 10/7 from 5 PM until 10 PM CEST
