Q: How do I know if I got invited to the beta? A: You will receive an email with a personal invitation.

Q: I signed up to a beta that Hedge posted up. Is this a different sign up? A: Sure is! There are multiple beta phases and categories of sign ups. This one's different.

Q: Will the Beta come to consoles?
A: This Beta will only run on PC.

Q: What are you expecting from me as a tester? A: Most of all, we need your help. To get a better understanding of the balance and difficulty it is important for us to have your insights - from recruit to our most challenging difficulties! Everyone can contribute.

• Fixes a disconnect experienced when a brand-new player first attempts to launch the game.

The Skulls for the Skull Throne event is here. The blood lust runs deep and Khorne seeks offerings through violence, destruction, and bloodshed.

• By sacrificing for the Blood God you can earn time-limited loot, such as a new portrait frame and paintings.
• An endless amount of skulls have found their way into Taal’s Horn Keep, and Lohner does not seem to mind.
• The event will be playable on PC between May 16-23.

The Ruinous Powers are strong and even the most resilient of minds can find themselves falling into the chaos-influenced blood lust, craving ravenous slaughter. An inscrutable rage pulsates within the soul of mortals and it seems infinite, only more skulls and death seems to satiate the urge.



During the event Taal’s Horn Keep is swarming in skulls to be sacrificed to the Blood God.


During the Skulls for the Skull Throne event you can earn time-limited loot, such as a new portrait frame and new paintings. Sacrifice enough skulls and it shall be yours.



When can I play the in-game event? Between May 16 - 23

How do I get the new cosmetics? The new cosmetics (portrait frame and paintings) can be earned by completing the new event quests found in Okri’s Challenges. You can only receive these cosmetics during the Skulls for the Skulls Throne event.

How can I play the new Weekly Event? The new Weekly Event can be found in the Missions Menu under Weekly Events, it is called Bloodlust.

1.6.1.2 has gone live, which has no immediate impact on the game but does include:

• Items granted through promotions, or contests, will now be presented in a popup as you start the game.

It's another week, and today we're updating Vermintide 2 with a new set of Weekly Events as well as a few fixes and tweaks.

• Added 4 new Weekly Events (new Event goes live at 14:00 CEST)
  
• Fixed a situation that can arise when a client leaves a hosted session and for a brief window is still seen as part of the hosted session, whilst also being host of their own session, causing some unusual side effects.
  
• Fixed an issue where the flames from Bardin's Drakefire weapon sometimes never disappeared.
  
• Blood splatter VFX can now be turned of completely if so desired.
