Adjustment to Streaming Rules



Giving third party studios and individual casters a place to connect with their specific audiences is great for everyone who loves Dota and The International.

Our rules didn't carefully consider how TI is unique among the Dota events throughout the year, how rebroadcasting affects different communities around the world, and given the feedback we've received, we'd like to fix that. We agree that these communities thriving is great for everyone.

We are going to remove the 15 minute delay requirement on third party streams for the remainder of the event, and then reevaluate the approach overall after The International.
